My brother recently stopped playing ROBLOX to focus on studying for exams. He transferred all his remaining ROBUX to me, and I used it to buy BC for my account and set up a group named "Claymap's Group" where I stored all the funds. However, whenever I attempted to join a game, ROBLOX kept prompting me to install the player, even though I already had it installed. Seeking help, I shared my issue on Discord, and someone claimed there was a virus on my device. Concerned about safeguarding our internet, I allowed the person access by installing "TeamViewer Quick Support Module." After lunch, I found out the supposed virus was removed. When I later checked "Claymap's Group," I realized that all my ROBUX had vanished. My brother confirmed it was a scam and that I fell victim to hacking. I estimate a loss of approximately [redacted],[redacted] ROBUX. I am seeking assistance to recover the missing ROBUX.

I woke up to distressing news that my friend's Roblox account was hacked. The hacker changed her avatar and password, demanding personal information and threatening harm if not complied. Despite my attempts to intervene, the hacker blocked me and continued causing havoc on her account, deleting her progress and purchases. We are urgently seeking help from her friends to address this situation as she has invested a significant amount, particularly in Blocksburg. I, under the username "epica213," joined the "Keyon Air: Flight Simulator [HD!]" in hopes of flying a plane, where I unintentionally purchased a game pass with my Robux without any prior warning. Upon realizing this, I promptly exited the game to prevent further transactions. When attempting to buy "Island Royale," I discovered that the game pass had been already purchased. After learning of the no refund policy of Keyon Air, I am seeking information on how to recover my Robux without incurring additional costs.

I encountered a problem when attempting to exchange Robux with a user who ended up compromising my account on Roblox. As a result, I am unable to access my account. I've been playing since February 10, [redacted], and I've had a lot of fun on your platform. I quit Roblox on May 16, [redacted], but I've been trying to get in contact with you to start playing again. When I tried to log in, it said the email and password aren't correct, making me think I've been hacked. I searched to see if my name was taken, only to find it wasn't. I shared my username "undead4612" with someone on Discord, and shortly after, I noticed that my builders club and limited items were missing. I discovered three trades sent to "OasisSip" in my completed trades. Although I have retrieved my items once before due to account theft, this would be my second request. I am aware of the one-time item return policy, but both instances were due to account theft. I was hoping to inquire if it would be possible to recover my lost items again.

Hello, today I purchased a Roblox shirt named "Un" and encountered an issue with the product. While reviewing it, I noticed that the shirt had a yellow color similar to the US military with a blue UN vest. However, upon purchasing, the actual texture and color of the shirt were different from the original design, causing me disappointment as this hasn't happened before. The received shirt was green and does not match other clothing items I own, not reflecting what I intended to purchase. Though Roblox's Terms and Conditions mention no refunds, I believe this discrepancy wasn't my fault. I carefully checked and previewed the product before buying, leading me to believe it could be a technical error. While entering one of my beloved Roblox games, someone approached me, saying, "Wow, you have limited items. Want to swap accounts?" I declined to share my account and swiftly left when they threatened to take it. Later, after being abruptly logged out, I faced issues logging back in. I purchased one Roblox instance for $4.99 but have been charged incorrectly - $4.99 four times and $24.99 once. I need to know why these charges are happening and I want them to stop immediately. I require a refund for all charges except for the initial $4.99. If this issue is not resolved, I will reach out to the Better Business Bureau. This has happened before, where my credit card was charged multiple times incorrectly. I tried calling the Roblox phone number without success.

The hacker left a threatening message in my bio mentioning my friend Beverly, hinting that she might be their next target. This incident has been distressing, especially as I have had my Roblox account since [redacted] and have dedicated significant time and resources to it, particularly in Bloxburg. The hacker personalized my account by changing my avatar and frequently using it to play games. The usernames involved are my account, "girly_twirl1," and the suspected hacker, "candyfundrop," who may have insider information about me. I am hesitant to point fingers without concrete evidence. When I was younger, I created a Roblox account but forgot the pin associated with it. It seems someone is accessing my account because my friends noticed unusual activity, like being unable to chat or playing games without me. Although I haven't shared my password with anyone, someone must have accessed it. I also need to update the email linked to my account but require the pin for it. While playing Bloxburg on my account, another player invited me to be friends and then tricked me into joining their game with the promise of giving me money. Feeling uneasy, I quickly left the game and attempted to change my password. However, I was unable to access my account as the password had been changed and I was locked out. Upon using my sister's account to check, I discovered that the player was still online in Bloxburg, using my account lachie251 without authorization. I am having trouble logging into the account 'alyceathecat.' It keeps indicating an incorrect password. We are not logged in on any other devices, and we are unable to reset the password as the account does not appear in our email. My account was hacked by a user named ozzy[redacted]. Initially, he offered me robux, but I declined. However, he persisted, so I eventually agreed and accepted his friend request. Upon returning to the game, I found multiple messages from him. He then asked for my password, disguising it as "pass," which left me confused. I hesitated, but he assured me he wouldn't hack me. Eventually, I disclosed my password to him. He then instructed me to visit his account and asked for a robux card code. Despite my attempts, the code did not work as someone had possibly used it already. When he requested the pin, I refused and tried to change my password, only to realize he had replaced my email with his. Now, I am unable to access my Roblox account under the username sweetchechs.
