Hello, my username is PixelatedBurrito, and I am 14 years old. While playing Roblox, I noticed that numbers and words were censored, leading me to believe it was a chat filter issue. However, my friends were able to see the numbers, and they mentioned confusion. After researching, I discovered that users under 13 have numbers censored. To my surprise, I found my birthdate year was set to [redacted] instead of the correct year, [redacted]. I am unsure how or when this occurred. I hope someone can assist me in resetting my birthdate. My friend's account has been hacked on Whisper. She tried using her mom's email, but it led her to her old account instead of whisper10017, which is the one she wants to recover. She doesn't know the email associated with the hacked account, and the person now in control is impersonating her. I confronted the individual and was told they would return the account only if I gave them my Roblox account. My friend is at a loss as her phone is broken, and she can't access her email or phone number.

I'm turning 10 soon and I recently encountered an issue on a website related to a game offering free Robux. I have around 60,[redacted] Robux which is worth $[redacted], and decided to try for more. Despite the site claiming [redacted]% success, technical problems arose during my attempts. I faced difficulty logging in despite frequent account usage. I am concerned that my mother's card is being fraudulently used for daily Roblox purchases. My younger sister's account has been compromised, as she is unable to access it after being logged out and her password being changed by an unauthorized user. This has resulted in hundreds of dollars' worth of unauthorized charges on the card, which my mother urgently needs refunded. The affected account username is Maklary2497. I am inquiring about a lost Roblox account under the username MiracleOteyTalaz. I have been trying to reach out to Roblox for several months now regarding this issue. Their response has been to locate an old game card I may have used or find an old email associated with the account. I need assistance with my 2-step verification issue. After logging into Roblox, I selected the "Trust this device for 30 days" option on the 2-step verification screen. However, upon checking my email, I did not receive any messages regarding 2-step verification. I tried clicking the "Resend" button on the 2-step screen, but still did not receive any emails. The codes for 2-step verification are also arriving late. I believe there might be an issue with the Gmail server. My Roblox account is CatsRule123abc, and I am the rightful owner of this account. I have created content on YouTube related to gaming, specifically a video titled "I downloaded OBS studio!" on my channel Mr.CatsRule. I sincerely request your assistance with this matter.

We agreed to trade Clockwork Headphones for my most valuable items, but the trade went wrong, resulting in the loss of my Brighteyes Cola Cap, Playful Vampire, Purple Bubble Trouble, and Roblocaster 4-String. This incident is a clear case of scamming, and I am seeking assistance to recover my items. My username is 7t1x, and I am hopeful that I can retrieve my belongings. According to the Roblox Terms of Service, victims of scams are eligible for a rollback, which I am requesting in this situation. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On April 24th, [redacted], at 16:11, I received an email stating that my password had been changed. However, when I tried to reset it, I was unable to access my account due to being hacked. The hacker altered my password, phone number, and email address. Despite my efforts to recover my account and numerous messages to the official ROBLOX email, I was asked to provide proof of an iTunes purchase from April [redacted], which I cannot locate. I do have several photos as evidence of my ownership of the account, which I have used for a year. I possess all the necessary information to verify my identity. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

While playing, I started receiving error messages indicating that another device was using my account. I took steps to enhance security features, like setting up 2-Step Verification, but it turned out to be more complicated than I anticipated. Yesterday, after logging out and attempting to sign back in, I encountered an issue with the 2-Step process. The email code was never sent on time, rendering it invalid by the time I received it. Consequently, my account remains locked, leaving me feeling helpless. I've invested money into this game, and now I am expected to simply accept that it's all lost?

Hello, Roblox community! I recently purchased a computer for my son, and I would like to install Roblox on it for him. However, I have encountered a small issue. His Roblox account was created on his iPad by my brother-in-law during a vacation at their place, and no one remembers the password or the email used for the account. The only information I have is the account name. I'm wondering if there is a way to retrieve the password that was used? Creating a new account would result in losing game progress and his friends. Today, while playing Roblox with my sister, we had been switching accounts on our devices for the past two days. When I logged off my account to grab breakfast and tried to log into my sister's laptop, I couldn't access it despite multiple attempts. This account is crucial to me as I have invested over $[redacted] in Robux and had it for a year. It doesn't seem to be a password mistake as my sister and I re-entered it 17 times. I value my account's privacy and have never shared my password. I suspect it may have been hacked, and I am worried as I had many friends on it. Reclaiming access to my account would mean a lot to me.

My account is really laggy, making it impossible to play games smoothly, especially when a friend joins and disconnects me from the server. When I try to rejoin, I can't access games like Meep City, among several others. Additionally, there are bugs both in the games and on the home page. For example, when giving my character a makeover on the home page, the changes don't reflect when joining a game. I have attempted to restart already, but the issue persists. Can Roblox please access my account, "rose_yeeto," to address and fix these problems?

I believe I have been scammed. I tried to assist someone who needed help extending a song length. Unfortunately, I unknowingly sent them cookies that allowed them to log in as me after sending them the file. I would appreciate if the trade could be reversed. I work as a trademark paralegal at Inventus Law in Palo Alto, California. PacketZoom was our client with a trademark at the USPTO. Today is the deadline for a response to a final office action regarding PacketZoom's trademark. When I started preparing the response two weeks ago, I found out that Roblox had acquired PacketZoom. I was advised by one of our attorneys to contact IP Spring, which I did. I spoke with Katherine Gardner on April 22, and she confirmed on April 24 that someone at Roblox will handle the issue, not IP Spring. Today, Matt Schneider from IP Spring clarified that they do not deal with trademarks but focus on Roblox's patent issues. After speaking with Katherine, we withdrew as the attorney at the USPTO for the PacketZoom trademark and sent the necessary files to her. It turns out that Katherine and Matt are paralegals, not attorneys as I had assumed earlier. Following the suggestion of our former attorney, I am reaching out to ensure that the information regarding PacketZoom's trademark and the deadline has been communicated to Roblox. A player messaged offering free Robux, and upon accepting, directed me to a game called "Roblox Simulator." After following instructions to jump over objects, they gained access to my account and claimed I would receive 15,[redacted] Robux in 12 hours. Subsequently, I was kicked out of the server and found my account deleted, with the hacker changing the password. The hacker then contacted a friend, "Villyfunhacker." I hope to recover the account. My friend recently had her account hacked, and now a lot of others are experiencing the same issue. It seems like a widespread problem. I was shocked to hear about this as I believe it's illegal. A concerning incident occurred at school when my friend accused me of changing things in a game I hadn't played in a week due to a project. Later, when I tried to log in to ROBLOX, I couldn't access my account. Despite my efforts, including contacting ROBLOX and reporting the incident, I couldn't recover my account or the money I had invested in the game using Apple cards. My username is isita2568.
