I'm wondering why my account was deleted. I've had it since [redacted] and have invested a significant amount of money in it. What's more concerning is that all the assets I've created for my game have been lost. The reason provided for the deactivation was disputed or unauthorized charges related to buying robux with prepaid Visa cards. I'd like to request the reinstatement of my account without the recently purchased robux, so we can address the claims separately. My account holds more value to me than the robux. I had [redacted] Robux and purchased a private server for my friends and me. However, there was a bug preventing them from joining, so I edited the information to send invites. When I tried playing with other friends in person, they also couldn't join, and I had to edit it again, each time deducting 20 Robux, totalling [redacted] Robux lost. This deduction was unexpected as I have used private servers before and edited them without losing this amount before. The only previous deduction was due to a monthly payment I wasn't aware of. I believe my Roblox account has been hacked. I noticed suspicious activity when a player repeatedly logged me out and somehow got me banned for something I didn't do. This player, whose username begins with "fishmater," has been causing trouble since we became friends. I haven't used the account for five days, so it couldn't have been me getting banned. I plan to change my password to secure the account. Please, can you unban my account with the username Robloxmasterzxhd promptly? It has been two days already, and the issue remains unresolved. Hello, recently my son mentioned he couldn't access his account, greatly frustrating me as I pay for his builder's club subscription. He's been using the account for a long time and has invested a significant amount of money into it. The issue arose when he changed his Roblox age to 7 years old, causing his account to be disconnected from the reset password option. This has occurred multiple times recently, and he mentioned that the two-step security has also disconnected his email. I urge Roblox to have a system in place to prevent such incidents. I'm still experiencing the same issue and am extremely frustrated. My daughter is upset because she can't use your website until this is fixed. I have tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone calls, but the problem remains unresolved. The callbacks I receive are at inconvenient times, making it challenging to connect with customer service. In the past, I could speak to a person over the phone, but now it seems all communication is routed through chat boxes or emails, which is inconvenient. Please address this issue promptly before losing valued customers.

I had an argument with my friend recently. A few days ago, feeling I could trust him as my childhood best friend, I shared my account details with him. My best friend, xxAaIiyah, recently had her account terminated. I strongly disagree with the reasons provided for the termination, citing unauthorized/disputed charges. I can assure you that she did not engage in any such activity. We spent the day playing games together, during which she may have purchased Robux from Roblox before logging off for the night. Recently, while playing, I was contacted by someone claiming to be from Roblox support regarding an issue with my friend wearing my "dominus aureus" item. I was misled into clicking a link to confirm my email which resulted in me being keylogged. As a long-time player since [redacted], this has been a heartbreaking experience. Considering I just started university and have invested a significant amount in Roblox, losing my items is devastating. I encountered a problem with a free robux game on Roblox. Following instructions, I joined a group and input my password to receive robux. Hello, my username is PrincessMalee23. While playing on Bloxburg, a player named melikawaii10 or possibly angelfiy, along with their friends, hacked into my account. I am requesting assistance to regain access to my account. I did not make any purchases in the game. In the chat, it was mentioned that all they needed was my username. As a result of this breach, my Robux balance has decreased from [redacted] to [redacted], with 6 Robux missing. Hello, I currently use the player username Toni_Clay, previously it was Yoni49 but I changed it. Back in [redacted], I created my first Roblox account as Yoni46, then made another as Yoni45 because I forgot the password for the first one but managed to recover it. On December 26, [redacted], my account was hacked due to using an unsecured wifi connection. The hacker spent all my tix and attempted to steal the account by changing the password. Even after I changed the password in [redacted], I got hacked again; this time, the hacker changed the email associated with the account, preventing me from regaining access. Before being hacked, I noticed the hacker asking for robux/tix and the account had been donating all my tix to a group. After being hacked the second time, my account was joined to another group giving away robux. I am wondering if there is any way to transfer the inventory, items, and hats from my old account to my current account, as I have invested in Builders Club, robux, and limited items on my current one. "I've been unable to access ROBLOX for the past 3-4 months. Despite multiple attempts to contact support via email, I keep receiving repetitive responses.
