It has been eighteen months since I was banned from Roblox due to unauthorized charges. I am wondering if it is still possible for my parents (who made the purchases) to contact you or the bank to reverse the charges. I previously submitted an appeal but did not consider having my parents reach out. If this is an option, please respond as I miss Roblox greatly after such a long absence. My account name is "creator2020," written in this way due to numbers being changed to asterisks.

Hello, my name is Phyo, and my account name is 'iiioow'. I recently regained access to my account and changed the password. However, the hacker who previously accessed my account has added a pin, preventing me from accessing my account information and turning off the pin security feature. This continuous log out issue is frustrating as it requires me to repeatedly log in during the day and sometimes displays an incorrect password or username message. The hacker, with the username 'NIKONIKOPROPRO', has also invited some of my friends to the game where I was hacked. I need assistance in removing the pin and ensuring my account's security. It seems like the hacker may have altered the email associated with the account again, as I am unable to use my father's email to recover the username or password. I am concerned about potential future hacking attempts and would like to request a ban on 'NIKONIKOPROPRO' from Roblox. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

I've encountered issues twice with my account due to clothing items that are compliant with the terms of service, lacking red armbands or any nazi symbols. I've faced unwarranted harassment because these items were German uniforms. Despite not engaging in any harassment, my account is being unfairly targeted, likely by someone aiming to have it terminated. Please address this matter promptly.

I recently started playing a game and everything was going smoothly until I tried to enter the Shadow War game mode. When it started, an error code ([redacted]) popped up, and I was confused as to why I was kicked from the game. I searched for what the code meant and now I feel stuck. I have never violated the rules before, and this ban seems unjustified. It's frustrating because I can't reach out to the owner for assistance, and I've heard others encounter similar issues in different games without much support for fixing it. Roblox can be unpredictable at times, but please address this issue promptly. I've been a loyal player for years, and it would be disappointing to leave due to an unresolved bug.

On April 8, [redacted], my PayPal account flagged a suspicious purchase on Roblox. PayPal contacted Roblox, which then refunded $49.95 and deleted my child's account with the username Pannythepineapple. Today, I received an email from PayPal with an update on the case, stating that the activity was not unauthorized. Despite the misunderstanding leading to the account deletion, I am requesting the restoration of my child's account. It appears the purchase that sparked the investigation was legitimate. Roblox, I'm at a loss for words right now. I'm pleading with you to please help me regain access to my account. I've been crying for the past two days and even skipped meals over this. My issue started when I was playing the game Ro-Ghoul and a friend of mine learned my password. I tried to change it, but soon after, when I logged out and tried to log back in, my account was inaccessible. I checked my Gmail for any notifications but found nothing. I asked my friend if they had changed the password, but they denied doing so. Please, Roblox, I apologize for any mistake on my end and promise not to share my account details again if you can restore my access. I'm truly sorry, please help me, Roblox.

User TheAOTProject and King_Humus have violated a Term of Service rule regarding Robux by allegedly selling Titan Shifters for over $[redacted] USD through their group AoT:P. The user expresses concern about the group's behavior, mentioning instances of banning other groups and causing members to suffer from depression due to toxicity. They request the termination of the accounts and provide names of other members who can support their claims. Screenshots of evidence from a past member are offered for further verification.

While playing Roblox with a friend, I was offered Robux by someone. After returning, I found that my account's password had been changed by a hacker. I am now unable to access my account. The website still displays my old account and doesn't allow me to update my information to the new one, "aliyahthefansey". I need to change my account details and password.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my deleted Roblox account with the username "boopynop2." My account was removed due to accusations of "stealing money." I would like to appeal this decision. I want to clarify that the Robux on my account were purchased using money earned from my paper route, not taken from anyone. Unfortunately, a friend falsely accused me of theft out of anger. This situation has resulted in my account being permanently banned. I sincerely request that Roblox considers reinstating my account as I have invested time and effort into earning the Robux legitimately. It would mean a lot to me to regain access to my account. I am having some trouble accessing my EtherianMonster123 account. I play on it every day, but one day, I got logged out for no apparent reason. I have tried multiple login combinations to no avail. I have been trying to buy Robux, but every time I make a purchase, it initially shows as successful, and then it reverts to showing no Robux bought. This issue also occurred with my VIP server. The problem persists despite it displaying as *Fixed, which it clearly isn't. It's either charging me without giving Robux or providing me with Robux I didn't purchase. Hello, I would like to add an email address to my daughter's Roblox account that she created. Unfortunately, she has forgotten the password, so I am unable to add an email address or change the password/logout of the account on the iPad as I won't be able to regain access. I am not sure if this is the appropriate channel for my issue, but I recently purchased [redacted] Robux on my Xbox account to use in a game. However, upon trying to use them, I was informed that I had insufficient Robux. I checked my balance, and it indicated that I only had 50 Robux, the same amount I had before the purchase. Hello, ROBLOX team, I go by Americanoswift on ROBLOX, and my user ID is [redacted]. I've already discussed this issue via email with your support team. Recently, my account was compromised by a hacker because my password wasn't secure enough, and I hadn't enabled 2FA. The hacker posted inappropriate adult content on my account to frame me and get me banned. Despite appealing and explaining the situation, ROBLOX still terminated my account, claiming I was responsible for the content. I've been a loyal user for over 5 years and would never post such inappropriate material. I regret not having stronger security measures in place. I assure you that I will enhance my password and enable 2FA to prevent any future breaches. I request a review of my case and hope to have my account, AmericanoSwift, reinstated as I was unfairly banned due to actions beyond my control. Thank you for your understanding.

I recently purchased 22,[redacted] Robux for my child's account, Smooshie786. I also upgraded to Turbo Builders Club, but neither the Robux nor the Builders Club membership has been added after one day. I promised my child these items for their birthday, and now I feel disappointed that they are missing. I believe that Roblox should refund my payment, add the Robux and Builders Club to my child's account, and correct the birthdate to reflect that my child is over 13 years old.

While playing Roblox in Trading Hangout, a player approached me wanting to show me a new game. After entering a password to allegedly receive a reward, I realized something was wrong when my password didn't work. The player disappeared, and when I tried to log back in, my account was inaccessible. Feeling alarmed, I created a new account only to find my original account, tigerpaw2344, had been tampered with. I recently enabled two-step verification and an account pin on my account after some friends got hacked. When I logged back in after a few minutes, I was unexpectedly logged out. I checked my sister's account, but nothing seemed changed. My friends Julie and Ava were hacked by someone named May. May scammed Ava and took her account, leading to a series of account hackings between them. Although we forgave May, conflicts arose later on. Julie's account showed unusual changes, possibly indicating another hack by May. My conversation with May left me feeling stressed and worried about my account's security. Seeing a message from Ava's account claiming hacking abilities left me frozen with fear. The situation made me anxious about the security of my account with all the added verifications. I reached out to my friend Julie to check on her well-being. This whole incident has left me on edge, hoping for more security on ROBLOX.

My Roblox account is Tilejoseph. I have recently lost [redacted] Robux randomly. This has happened to me before, where it took 10 Robux at a time. Upon investigating, I checked my transaction history, where it indicated that I purchased the same hoodie every time I lost Robux. I have never bought that hoodie before, and comments on its page suggest that it steals Robux. This issue is significant, and I am very frustrated. I keep buying Robux only for them to disappear due to some hacking activity on the site. Please address this problem, and reimburse me the [redacted] Robux I have lost. On April 1st, between 3 to 4 pm, I received a $[redacted].99 gift in Adopt Me. My name is Melinda Blondin, and my username is Twiggylu. I received a rare Popcycle Stroller which I then passed on to my granddaughter with the username Caldernide. She was thrilled but moments later both the item and my granddaughter disappeared. She has been unable to log back into Adopt Me for the past two weeks. We have attempted various methods to resolve this, including contacting support and checking her computer, but without success.
