My account "Simplekyuti" has been hacked, with items stolen, sold, and the password changed. It is still linked to my Xbox account, the only way I can currently play. The email I initially used was incorrect, so I changed it to a valid one, but I am not receiving the password reset emails. I have tried everything and even checked old Apple IDs for receipts with no luck beyond April [redacted]. I primarily used PayPal for payments. I am unable to provide a receipt from August [redacted] to verify my ownership. I initially reached out for help to retrieve traded items, but the situation has led to this. I am unsure how to proceed.

I have lost access to my old Roblox account with the username "gw7tvwtwqv" where I had valuable items like a Spiderman mask. My new account is "lolwhydidyou" and I possess proof of my ownership of the items on the old account. In addition, I remember my friend "Wilsonvio" who also lost his account. I have attempted to contact Roblox via phone and messages but have not received any assistance over the past year. I made the mistake of trusting someone who promised me 2k robux on Roblox. After a few hours, when I tried to log in, I received an error message saying "incorrect username or password." I am requesting Roblox to log out the person currently using my account, share the login details with me so I can reset my password, and secure my account with 2-step verification. Please, Roblox, log out the individual currently accessing my account. The Roblox account associated with the person is Taylor_Bella1666.

I am having difficulty accessing my account because my password is no longer working. I suspect someone has hacked my account as they claimed to know my password and changed it to gain access. I have spent over $[redacted] on my account under the username Ultraspeedghost. I am 11 years old and have been playing Roblox since I was 9. Before my account was hacked, the person who did it is back. We want to ensure she is not a threat anymore, so I asked if she wanted to hack someone with me. She refused, and it was just a test. She falsely told someone I wanted to hack them, leading to screenshots being shared on YouTube. I never intended to hack anyone. My friend's account was also hacked by this person, and we are worried about her safety. I am just a 12-year-old alone in this since my parents don't support me. Thank you for reading. My daughter recently received a new iPad and attempted to set up her account on it. Unfortunately, she cannot recall her password and the account is not linked to an email address. We searched online and found information suggesting adding a phone number to the account; however, updating the account with a phone number or email is challenging due to the forgotten password. Her old iPad still grants her access to the account. The account name is lolzerlot505, and is under Jazmine Long. Hello, I'm Phyo, and my account name is 'iiioow.' Yesterday night, my account was hacked by someone. A friend had invited me to a game for free Robux which led to me giving away my password. This morning when I tried to log in, I couldn't access my account as the login and sign-in pages kept appearing. Someone had changed my avatar and earned a new badge in Pet Ranch Simulator. Upon joining the game, it asked me for my password, which I unfortunately provided. I played for a few hours, went to bed, and this morning when I logged into Roblox, I was surprised to see the log-in and sign-in pages repeatedly appearing on the screen. I've tried multiple times to regain access to my account using my original password and email, but to no avail. The hacker changed my avatar and earned a new badge in Pet Ranch Simulator. Hello, this is Phyo, and my account name is 'iiioow.' Recently, there has been unauthorized access to my account. During my gameplay on Royal High, I received a free Robux game invitation from a friend. When I joined the game, it prompted me for my password, which I provided. Later, upon logging in the next morning, I was surprised to see the login and sign-in pages, indicating a breach. Despite attempts with my original password and email, I was unsuccessful. Upon checking the player list on Roblox, I noticed my avatar had been changed, and a badge from Pet Ranch Simulator had been obtained, a game I did not play. Fortunately, there is only 1 Robux left in my account. I am devastated to have lost everything in Royal High, including progress, friends, and my ability to play the game. My friend and I shared the account, but when I changed the password, I later discovered the email associated with the account belongs to my friend. I enabled two-step verification, logged out, and tried to log back in but couldn't receive the code as it was being sent to my friend's email. I shared the password and PIN with my friend to access the account, but now he has changed the password and PIN without informing me. I would like to update the email and add my mobile number to the account. The account username is iiMozzarella.

I have a question, not really an account problem. I'm curious about why the word Stark or Starks is censored in Roblox. It's causing issues for my group and affecting my earnings because I can't create a group with that name. There is no alternative for this word. I would appreciate it if you could uncensor it or forward this concern to the moderators who handle censorship in Roblox.

I reached out to you on Twitter as @MaskedYoutubers. I encountered an issue after purchasing Robux as I attempted to transfer some to my group for safekeeping. Despite transferring at least [redacted] Robux, the funds did not appear in my group. This happened with both my main account "JBSiscool" and my other account "MePeanut11." I am concerned as I put effort into earning this money and would appreciate it if you could assist in resolving this matter.

I submitted a request to have the funds returned to me after discovering my mother, an elderly woman, was being charged $19.95 monthly for the past 17 months without her knowledge. I only became aware of this two days ago (April 7, [redacted]). The account name associated with these charges, "dantdmiscool200," has not been accessed since October [redacted]. It seems my son, who is only 10 years old, creates accounts and then forgets their passwords, leading to the creation of new accounts. Following a conversation with a representative yesterday, I was assured that a refund for the 17 months of charges should not be an issue, as there has been no activity on the account. I was given a reference number, [redacted], and informed that the reimbursement would take 3 to 10 business days to be credited back to my mother's bank account. I was playing rap battles when a girl messaged me offering Robux through redeem cards. She asked me to friend her and chat on Roblox. We talked, and she eventually asked for my password which I reluctantly shared. After checking, I realized she had changed my password and now I can't access my account. While uploading decals for Welcome to Bloxburg on Roblox, I unintentionally uploaded a non-PG image of a KPOP group. Subsequently, I received a warning about not uploading personal images. Soon after, my account was unexpectedly terminated due to violating the adult content policy, which was communicated in Spanish. I have invested a considerable amount of money in this Roblox account, and I am eager to have it reinstated. The account in question is under the name Funverse. Thank you for your assistance.

I received a 3-day ban on Roblox due to alleged violations of the Terms of Service. The moderators flagged my account for adult content, but I believe this was falsely reported by another user. I find it unfair to be penalized for something I did not do. I aim to follow the community guidelines and ensure a positive experience for all users. I hope to have my account reinstated after the ban expires on 4/12/[redacted] at 4:40:50 PM.

I had a disappointing experience at Sorro's, with issues all around, like one individual saying disrespectful things. If I could become an administrator in every game, I would eliminate scams and inappropriate behavior that I witnessed. Creating a safer environment might encourage more players to join, solving the problem my friend faced when they couldn't play ROBLOX due to concerns about chat. Ensuring the safety of each game server is crucial, especially since I mainly play ROBLOX.
