Hello Roblox team, I kindly request your assistance in recovering two hacked accounts: BestFootBallPlayer50 and Gaseee. Although I lack concrete proof of ownership, I recall associating my outlook email "[redacted]" with the BestFootBallPlayer50 account. Regrettably, I am unable to reset my Roblox password as I have forgotten my outlook password. Notably, my initial account Gaseee did not have any linked gmail or outlook address due to my young age at the time. It is possible that the hacker has since added their email to the Gaseee account. I understand the challenge in verifying ownership, but I humbly seek your help in recovering these accounts. For reference, my current account is XxShadow_BatsxX. While playing, a user named "wilygamer11" approached me offering robux. Skeptical, I friended him as per his request and he directed me to chat on the Roblox website instead of in-game. However, when he asked for my password, I realized it was a scam. Despite his assurances, I did not provide it. He became upset and threatened to report me, but I unfriended him. Despite his persistence with friend requests, I have chosen to block him for good.

Hello, I have an issue with a game WLS3, Weight Lifting Simulator 3. I have been playing this game for a long time and enjoy it. However, I recently noticed that all of my Brawls in my Stats - Achievements have been deleted or just disappeared... showing 0. Why? Can you help me retrieve them? Have I been hacked? Why are my Brawls gone? It took a lot of hard work to earn them. I find this unfair and hope you can assist me. Thank you very much. Furthermore, I suspect the two-step verification code is being sent to the wrong recipient, as it's not reaching my email. She has lost 10,[redacted] Robux, her houses, and can no longer access Bloxburg, causing her to lose all her friends. Despite our efforts to contact your support team, the issue remains unresolved. Yesterday, I purchased 10,[redacted] robux and used it to buy animations. However, when I tried to buy money in Bloxburg, I received a message stating there was an issue, assuring me my account would return to normal. To my disappointment, when I checked my robux again, they were all gone. Losing this money was disheartening as I had spent a lot on it. I kindly request the return of my 10,[redacted] robux. If this is not possible, I understand. I apologize for any inconvenience, especially as I am already feeling low after recently losing my dog and her puppies in a car accident.

My 8-year-old daughter recently was approached by a user on a game going by a name like Mashysis Maysis. This person, wearing a bunny tail with brown hair and a red outfit, asked to buy her Robux and Builders Club, promising it would take a week. My daughter, using the username GirlBendy123456 and password HelloJeff1, shared this incident with me tearfully. The individual changed her password, outfit, and status to mention an attempted scam. Unfortunately, money and Robux were added to the account, causing distress to my daughter. I've not linked my email to this account. Would appreciate guidance on regaining access.

I experienced a hacking incident nearly two years ago that resulted in the loss of valuable limited items from my account. The limiteds that went missing, such as the Green Banded Top Hat, Tri-Laser, Hyperlaser Gun, Shaggy, Riptide, Beautiful Neon Green Hair, Blizzard Beast Mode, Ermine Cloak, Violet Fang, and Bucket, were important to me and I suffered a financial loss due to this event. The hackers, known as "Xaniies, Branzkiddo, AlexSmithh, and Colkat," were identified and their accounts were banned, but unfortunately, my items were not recovered. I would appreciate assistance in retrieving my lost items and would like to discuss this matter further. I understand if there are concerns about the validity of my claim, but I assure you that my only goal is to have my items restored to my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I received two messages promoting a free red valk using the promo code "APRIL_RED" on rblx.codes/promo. After responding, I was told it wasn't sent by my friend. Another user "mayflower54321" had the same experience where her friends received the message without her sending it. The exact same message was sent by my other friend. mayflower54321 also confirmed that her account details were not shared with other games. I'm concerned about the message's validity, so please alert me to any additional complaints about it, so I can inform my friends accordingly.

I am experiencing an issue with my KarmellaBeast#7 account. My current account name is Skinny_Minniezzz. Unfortunately, my account was hacked due to a regrettable decision on my part. I mistakenly fell victim to a game called "Amazing rewards." The game prompted me to enter my username and password, which I did. Following this, it indicated that the selected robux would be linked to my account within 48 hours. Only later did I realize the mistake when I attempted to access my account to no avail. Despite various efforts, such as trying to reset my password, the server informed me that my email and phone were not recognized.

Hello, I encountered an issue while playing a year ago when I lost access to my account. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a cookie logging scam on Discord by downloading a file named "OBS" believing it to be a screen recorder. Consequently, my Roblox account "Khayne2016" was compromised, and unauthorized transactions occurred with an account named "BloxyBurgCashStorage." I discovered my account was being manipulated when I saw it online in-game without my knowledge. Subsequently, I received a two-step verification prompt upon trying to log in, but my email had been altered, and I could not retrieve the necessary code. Regrettably, I failed to secure my accounts adequately, and I understand the importance of online safety going forward. Hello ROBLOX, today an unsettling event occurred involving my account and those of two of my friends. Firstly, to my friend with the username RAMSLEE10, her account was being accessed without her knowledge as she was not online. By providing evidence of being in a call, it was clear she was not the one playing. Despite trying various websites, the issue persisted. Seeking assistance, I am reaching out to you for aid. Another friend with the username connorjamesfisher experienced a loss of all in-game currency and even had his house removed in Welcome To Bloxburg. As for myself, a similar incident took place where all my funds vanished in the same game. Furthermore, my brother with the username lazyyummydarthvader has been facing ongoing challenges since his account was compromised and later recovered. Within his group, there have been instances of duplicated clothing items as merchandise, along with negative feedback on the clothing. This troubling situation has affected four of us, creating a sense of fear. On a positive note, I have learned that RAMSLEE10 has successfully retrieved her account and received robux, which is comforting. Thank you, ROBLOX, for your assistance in resolving this matter.

While I was away from Roblox for two months, I entrusted my account to my brother, who encountered difficulties creating his own account. Upon my return, I discovered my account had been deleted. I am from the Philippines and reached out using an app. I spent my birthday money on Roblox and really hope to regain access. Hello, my name is Cory, and my account "corytheboy" was recently suspended for 3 days due to inappropriate language directed at another user. However, the incident occurred because the other user accused me of poor teamwork while actually not playing the game properly, causing my frustration. I did not mean any harm by my messages and would like a fair investigation into the banning user on the game "Flee the Facility." I apologize for my words and request the user who reported me to be given a warning about their own behavior, including encouraging harmful actions and expressing concerning sentiments. My granddaughter made 27 unauthorized purchases totaling nearly $[redacted] on my debit card on April 13 and 14. I am currently on disability and have a fixed income, making it impossible for me to sustain such a loss. Despite her being only 10, she managed to use my debit card attached to my Google account [redacted] I have the transaction ID codes available if required for processing. I've sent an email and left a message, but missed the call back. I purchased [redacted] Robux for my granddaughter, piesareyummy1239, who had her avatar changed and some skins bought right after. The perpetrator then changed it back. She needs to be refunded the [redacted] stolen Robux. Jennifer left a voicemail with a case number, [redacted]. My email is [redacted], and my granddaughter's email is [redacted] I did not receive Jennifer's email mentioned. I'm concerned and hope this issue gets resolved. It's alarming for kids and their parents if this can happen easily. I trust you'll investigate and protect children from such incidents.

A while back, I had an account named "jsmoney06," created in [redacted]. Recently, when attempting to log in, I encountered an incorrect password. I had invested a significant sum of money into this account. Subsequently, an individual named "tyrique321" contacted me through my new account and claimed to have access to my old account. He requested payment for its return and substantiated his claim by showing me activity from my old account on the Discord app. I possess evidence verifying my association with the old account.
