I am experiencing difficulties buying ROBUX. The 80 ROBUX I bought disappeared from my account, even though I didn't use them. I recently encountered an issue while trading on Roblox. A player proposed a double trade, offering their Valk for my Panda Hat. After accepting the first trade, I noticed it was marked as rejected due to an error, suggesting they traded it to another account. When I questioned this, the player insisted I accept both trades for the Valk to process. Research on double trading revealed it could lead to scams, potentially causing a loss of around 21,[redacted] Robux. I want to caution others against engaging in double trades to prevent falling victim to scams. Additionally, in-game, I witnessed a player using hacks in Prison Life, moving through walls and causing automatic deaths. These instances highlight the need for Roblox to enhance game security against hacks and viruses to ensure a fair gaming environment. Your attention to these concerns is greatly appreciated.

Hello Roblox, I wanted to discuss an issue that occurred on 3/20/19. I was playing Farming Simulator, and yesterday morning, I observed players leaving the server one by one. Despite this, I continued playing most of the day without anyone else in the server. I had purchased double fruits, double speed, and other items, allowing me to amass over $[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] from $[redacted],[redacted],[redacted], which included adding over 5,[redacted] fruits to my total. Suddenly, my character slowed down, prompting me to exit and re-enter the server. Upon rejoining, I discovered that all the progress I had made that day had disappeared, reverting me back to my initial starting point. Throughout the day, everything seemed normal, except for the absence of other players in the server. I was actively collecting wheat and fruits, which displayed normally. While playing the Roblox game "Bloxburg," I heard strange witch laughs that I had never encountered before. Concerned, I noticed others in the chat had heard it too. Asking to stay at a player's bloxburg place, a girl named Kandra_Tcc responded with "abc" and invited me to hers. Once there, another girl named bumblebeegirl, whose numbers I don't recall, mentioned seeing a girl named Lila in hell. Initially thinking it was just a character, I inquired about Lila's appearance. Bumblebee girl described her as having long black hair and blood eyes, resembling Bloody Mary. Despite my requests to stop, she continued, eventually threatening to harm us all. Feeling scared, I and Kandra expressed fear, with Kandra mentioning she was a kid. Subsequently, I left the game promptly. I wanted to bring attention to this troubling situation. My Roblox Account is esscamoes, all lowercase. Thank you.

I recently attempted to purchase robux for my daughter using my credit card but encountered issues, so I used my debit card instead to successfully buy 2,[redacted] robux for around $20. I created an account named "imasquadmember" which was hacked by someone. Despite my attempts to retrieve it, the hacker refuses to return it. I am reaching out to the Roblox team to request a password reset to "Baconplz" if they can access the account. I am a devoted Roblox player and have invested a substantial amount of money into Robux on that account, which is why I am eager to regain access. I have spent around $[redacted] and do not want it to benefit a hacker. The hacker has not been active for a few days now, providing a window of opportunity to investigate. When I try to trick them, they threaten to hack my other account named "brodyisthebest2." Previously, I was banned on an account called "spongebobgmail" due to an inappropriate username. Now, I simply wish to reclaim my account, as I cherish Roblox and feel disheartened by the loss of items associated with it. I've observed an inconsistency with the pricing on Roblox mobile when trying to purchase Robux and Builders Club. For instance, I aimed to buy Outrageous Builders Club (OBC) for my sibling for 3 months at a listed price of $49.99, but when I proceeded to pay, the total showed as $50.58. This slight difference led to an "insufficient funds" notification. Upon recalculating, it seems purchasing OBC at $49.99 should have left me with 59 cents, yet the actual cost appears higher. This discrepancy may mislead customers by charging more than the advertised price.

Hello, I'm Michael Beckwith. I'm experiencing an account problem. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and shared my password with someone who then took over my account, Firemakerman. The email associated with the account was [redacted] The individual who has control of my account goes by the name sadowfick31499, with the email [redacted] I was promised free robux and, regrettably, fell for it. After giving out my password, he altered it, changed the email, verified it, and secured the account with an authentication pin. Although I managed to reset the password once, he tricked me into giving him the new one and locked me out again. I'd appreciate any assistance in reclaiming my account, as I've had it since I was younger and hold sentimental value towards it. I woke up early this morning and decided to play Roblox. As I tried to access my settings, I realized my account is rated for 13+. I was thrilled to see that there was an option for phone account recovery if hacked. However, amidst work stress, I forgot my password. After multiple attempts, I received a notification about trying again later due to too many attempts. An hour later, I attempted again, realizing that setting up 2-step verification might help. But when I logged out to check, I forgot my email linked to it among my 32 emails. Although I eventually remembered my password, the 2-step verification step became a challenge. I'm now stuck with 16 forgotten emails and 24,[redacted] robux spent on my account. I need help recovering my account. If possible, can the 2-step verification be disabled or any other assistance be provided?

I was on Roblox when my friend messaged me about giving me Robux. He's a well-known friend, and we always chat when I visit Calgary since he lives near my grandma. Despite the trust, I made a mistake by sharing my password with him. My account name is Tinker_bell100. After giving him access, I was immediately logged out. We tried to log back in but were prompted to verify and then kicked out again. I confronted my friend, and he denied making any changes, claiming he didn't do anything. My account, which I've had for years, was altered, and he even blocked my sister's and brother's accounts. The avatar and bio were changed to his old details, causing a lot of frustration. I really need my account back.

Subsequently, I updated my email, verified it, and changed my pin to prevent further unauthorized access. However, my attempts to update my phone number have been unsuccessful due to receiving a "Too many attempts, try again later" message. Additionally, I have observed that my pets in the game Bubble Gum Simulator are disappearing. To resolve these issues, I need assistance resetting my phone number and ensuring that the hacker stays locked out of my account. I remain baffled as to how this breach occurred given my use of two-factor authentication, a pin code, and a strong password. Thank you, Grayson.

My son's account was hacked, and although you recovered it, several items were missing. The hacker used the trade method to transfer the items. I kindly request either the return of the lost items to his account or compensation equivalent to their total value. I encountered an issue while trying to play a game on Roblox. Initially, logging into my account seemed normal, but upon trying to enter the game, I received a message stating that someone else was using the account. I first thought it might be my friend's account since she sometimes borrows it, but upon further inspection, I realized it was indeed my own account, gmh0216. Even after waiting and attempting to rejoin, the problem persisted with someone still on the server. When I finally managed to get back into the game after 10 minutes, I discovered that my avatar and world were corrupted. My account was terminated, and I attempted to file an appeal as instructed on the menu under the support forum, but it wouldn't go through despite having a good internet connection. I'm hoping to submit my appeal here or receive a phone number to contact. My username is BobZeBuildrSixtyNein. Appeal: My account got terminated due to a declined transaction. I was simply trying to purchase $10 of robux to access games early, but the card was declined. I want to emphasize that I wasn't exploiting anything; it was just a normal declined transaction. I find it unreasonable that this led to my account termination. I apologize and assure you that it won't happen again. On a side note, I find this rule absurd as I've encountered declined transactions before without any warning or termination. I'm frustrated by this recent development.
