We purchased robux yesterday and have not received a confirmation on the email *****@***.com because of this my child is unable to access the game it keeps telling us that her log in information is wrong when it’s actually right. We have even tried putting in our email and phone number but it tells us that the account is not found. When we go to forget password it tells us to many attempts try again. I do not want my child to open a new account and start from scratch
