Hello, I wanted to discuss the issue with the chat filters on Roblox. It can be frustrating when trying to communicate and innocent words or emoticons get converted into hashtags. The chat filter seems ineffective at protecting young players and instead hinders the fun in the game. Considering players need to be 12 years old to download Roblox, it is common for them to be familiar with curse words. This strict filter has led to some users quitting the game. It would be beneficial to have an option in the settings to toggle censoring on or off, allowing players to choose how they communicate. By implementing this change, players can still have a censored experience if they prefer. The current chat filter is negatively impacting Roblox and needs to be addressed promptly. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account AstroRaiken as my password is not working. When I tried to reset it via email, I received a message stating "invalid email." My email linked to the account is [redacted], and I have verified it in [redacted]. I also have a YouTube account on my profile, which I am unable to view on my PC. I have been waiting for a day for a solution, but the password still does not work. Since I cannot reset the password using my phone number (as I have a new one), I kindly request a password reset link via text with the code to my new number. I recently submitted an appeal, but my account was deleted. My intention is to contact support if my appeal is rejected. I had uploaded memes, one of which was mistakenly viewed as racist. I clarified that it was not my intent and there was no prior warning. I emphasized my love for Roblox, the significance of my account for both inventory and social connections. I reassured them that the mistake would not be repeated and expressed the importance of my account due to game progress and friendships. I am eager to recover my account as I value it greatly. I genuinely did not intend any racism, and I'm certain the content isn't racist. In case my appeal is unsuccessful, I'm concerned about the extensive effort required to rebuild my account. Any guidance under such circumstances would be greatly appreciated.

I wanted to inform you about an incident that occurred around 5:30 pm on March 17th. I have been playing ROBLOX for a while and never encountered any issues with my purchases, whether it's clothes, game passes, or virtual currency like green coins in the game Bloxburg. In Bloxburg, you can use these green coins for special purchases, different from the ones you earn through gameplay. I had 50 green coins which I bought with real money. While playing, the game froze, and upon returning, I noticed my green coins had decreased to 25, although my character's health had improved (you can pay with green coins to boost your health instantly). I would appreciate it if you could check my purchase history, see the timing of the incident, and possibly restore my lost green coins. I previously shared a concern, but I wanted to elaborate. I used to enjoy playing Roblox in my younger years, roughly from [redacted] to [redacted]. Recently, I discovered it is free to play on Xbox and wanted to access my old account. I was once a Builders Club member for 2 years and had invested substantially in it. While trying to recover the account, I encountered my old alternate accounts using the earliest email address I could recall. Upon further investigation, I found an active player, "Hazapie," who had previously used my account name "Josh1998." I even provided evidence in an email with a screenshot of an avatar texture labeled "Josh1998." Additionally, I recognized old school friends like "Peter1998" and "liamf744" on the profile. I can also confirm previous passwords and the billing name from my Builders Club membership. I am eager to reclaim my account due to the significant time and money I had invested in it. Starting over would not be ideal as I have a sentimental attachment to the original account.

My daughter encountered an issue on Royals High when another player offered her a rare secret halo. Eager to get it, she followed the player into a game and was asked to log in. Despite initial hesitation, she entered her information as instructed. Unfortunately, the player then hacked into her email and attempted unauthorized purchases using my card, which were declined. The hacker also took control of my daughter's account, changing the email and password. My daughter's username is Taylor123lewis, and she is friends with her sister's account Dounutclub16. The hacker's username was something like HANNAH, and my daughter remembers she had yellow hair and was considered a "noob."

I have been a loyal player for three years, spending over $34 on the game, particularly on Bloxburg where I have many gamepasses. My real last name is "Kiss," which seems to have triggered the issue. I kindly request to be unblocked as soon as possible so I can reconnect with my friends and get back my saved data and money. If changing my username is necessary, I am open to that option. Dear Roblox, Yesterday, I received a warning on my account for saying, "this is inappropriate." I want to clarify that my comment was not aimed at anyone in particular. I only intended to express frustration at the behavior in the game, "rap battles," where others were using offensive language like the n-word. I sent this message privately to a friend and meant no harm to anyone. I realize the importance of respecting the rules and consequences of being banned, but I'm hoping there might be a way to remove this warning. I've been a member of Roblox for a long time, and I would be very disappointed if I were banned. I assure you that I've learned from this mistake and will be more careful in the future. Despite having my email linked to my account for over a year, I did not receive the verification code from ROBLOX. This issue has been ongoing for 15 hours now. Hi, my name is Andrew. I accidentally gave my baby brother's YouTube account while pulling a prank, and now he's been hacked. He can only access his account on Xbox but can't log out without losing access, and he also has Robux in it. I didn't link my email to it, so I'm unsure what steps to take now. My Roblox account, under Kyle_S1114, has been hacked. A person claiming to offer Robux asked for my password, which I refused to give. After ignoring them, I returned to find my account logged out. When trying to log back in, my password no longer worked, indicating I was hacked. A friend messaged the hacker, who replied with a simple "no." I hope for assistance in recovering my account or creating a new one if necessary. Thank you for your help.

I recently interacted with two moderators who informed me that I was rightfully banned but provided unhelpful responses. I was banned for a message I posted stating "Killed the Colored guy" while playing a game called "Breaking Point." This message was not meant to harass but to identify a character in the game. I believe the ban was a misunderstanding, and I don't want to face further bans for innocent actions. I request my account, KILLBOOT200, to be reactivated promptly. I am interested in applying for a job. Recently, I noticed numerous games popping up on my Roblox home screen, and I want to assist Roblox in protecting its users from potential harm. I am willing to help identify hackers who attempt to befriend me and compromise accounts. I do not expect real money as compensation; perhaps around a hundred Robux daily for uncovering these threats. Given the increasing presence of inappropriate content and online dating within games, I believe I can contribute significantly. My friend, HarleyQuinnordan, and I, using the usernames miad84 and HarleyQuinnordan, are dedicated to addressing these issues. We are disheartened by encountering such inappropriate behavior, such as unsolicited relationship requests. We hope to assist in making Roblox a safer platform for everyone involved. I was able to access my account yesterday, but today, I found out someone else took over my account without my permission. They were playing a game from my account and even contacting my friends. They managed to change both my password and my sister's, altered our characters, and gained access to personal information. The situation escalated to the point where they could access our parents' payment cards, leading us to reach out to our parents to cancel them. At this point, none of us can access our accounts, leaving us feeling extremely worried. We urgently need assistance to regain control of our accounts.

Dear Roblox Support, I am reaching out to report that my account, lycheeberry, was recently hacked. I logged out of the game on Sunday and upon returning from school the next day, I discovered that I was unable to log back in. Despite trying both of my current passwords, Victoria2004 and Victoria[redacted]7, I was unsuccessful. When attempting to reset my password using my phone number ([redacted]), the system indicated that there was no phone number linked to my account. Furthermore, my associated email [redacted] was also changed without any notification. While checking my account status on Safari, I noticed that everything remained the same except for an unexpected Builders Club membership which I did not purchase or receive any receipt for. The billing information on the account is under the name Victoria Platonov with the email [redacted] On December 26th, [redacted], a purchase of [redacted] Robux for $5.29 was made using iTunes. I received a Roblox gift card for Christmas valued at $25. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulty redeeming it today as I couldn't recall my password. Following the instructions on the back of the gift card, I attempted to input the email or phone number associated with the account, but I couldn't locate the correct information. Despite trying various old emails, I was unsuccessful. I then attempted to log out, only to realize that I need the username and password to log back in. Currently, I find myself locked out of my Roblox account without the necessary information to reset my password. I'm unsure if this can be resolved, but I would appreciate assistance in regaining access to my account.

As a 27-year-old woman, my friend and I were on Bloxburg on 19-03-19 during the early hours of the morning GMT. There were four people in the server, and we witnessed distressing predatory behavior between what seemed like two girls. One easily pressured the other into roleplaying as 'lesbians,' prompting suggestive chat messages. The coerced girl reached out to me for help via private chat. While I tried to assist her, the other person left, and she followed shortly after. I understand there may be limitations on what can be done, but having the ability to report predatory behavior would be beneficial to monitor users, especially children, on the site. Many reports often go unnoticed due to being considered childish or spam. Providing older users like myself with a feature to file detailed reports that will be taken seriously is essential.

My ROBLOX account was recently compromised by a Chrome extension infected with a hack called "NanoCore." The scammer changed my trade quality filter settings and traded my valuable BEAST MODE face for something insignificant. Although I still have access to my account due to two-step verification, I lost my Robux and limited items. I contacted ROBLOX to recover my lost items, but they changed my email and password during the verification process. They are now asking for the first email I used for the account, which I no longer have access to due to a Yahoo security issue. I'm unsure how to prove my ownership to ROBLOX as a result. What started as an attempt to retrieve my lost items has now led to losing access to my account entirely. I hope ROBLOX can find an alternative way to verify me, especially since they removed my two-step verification.

Hello ROBLOX support team, I recently encountered an issue while playing Strucid. I inadvertently clicked on a pop-up prompting me to purchase the "Stylish Dance" item for [redacted] ROBUX while browsing through the shop. Despite my intention to decline the purchase by clicking "Cancel," the game deducted [redacted] ROBUX from my balance. Upon realizing this, I looked into possible solutions and learned that ROBLOX does not offer refunds for accidental purchases. The only recourse mentioned was to reach out to ROBLOX support for assistance. Hello ROBLOX, I am writing to report that my account has been hacked, and I am unable to regain access to it. This is the second time this has occurred, despite my efforts to run a full scan for potential viruses or other factors that may have contributed to this issue. I believed I had enhanced my account security by creating a completely new and unique password and using a new email address to manage the account (The new email: [redacted]). Unfortunately, these measures did not prevent the hackers from bypassing the two-step security and accessing my account without any issues. I suspect that multiple items have been taken from my account during this attack, as they are no longer present in the inventory of my account "ItsAmdi." I am concerned that my account may be somehow linked to certain individuals, as it seems unbelievable that my account has been hacked twice. I want to clarify that I have never shared any personal information regarding my account settings or codes with anyone. Therefore, I am confident that someone I have not provided information to is responsible for these breaches. I am inquiring whether it is possible to transfer the lost items to a new and more secure account due to the insecurity of my current account.
