I've noticed an increase in "free Robux" scams recently. There are bots on YouTube flooding the comments section with links to suspicious sites. Even on Twitter, I'm receiving countless direct messages from bots containing dubious website links. Moreover, within ROBLOX, there are games with misleading titles claiming to offer free Robux. While enjoying a game on Roblox, I encountered an issue where it abruptly kicked me out, claiming I was already playing another game, which wasn't the case as no other platforms were active on my end. When I tried to report the bug, the system mysteriously logged me out, alleging a password change that I did not initiate. After numerous unsuccessful login attempts with my usual password, I suspect that my account might have been compromised. Even on attempting to access my account from my mother's iPhone, I faced the same login trouble. Thankfully, access via Xbox allowed me entry without the need for a password, revealing that my avatar had been altered by an unauthorized user. I suspect my stepdaughter may be lying about her missing Roblox account. She has a history of being deceitful and causing intentional issues. If there is an account under the name Christina Williams, please provide details to [redacted] If her account cannot be located, I expect a $10 credit to the account. I am unable to access my Roblox account, Ovtober_18th. When attempting to log in, I received an 'incorrect password' message. Despite multiple login attempts, I was unsuccessful. My primary game on the platform is Royale High, and I have an Instagram account named Necromancer_Tia created in late [redacted], showcasing images from the game. There have been instances where the individual who accessed my Roblox account also tried to compromise my Instagram account out of jealousy. I would appreciate it if the Roblox Corporation could reset my Roblox password and send a new one to my registered email address. In case of any issues, my cell phone number is 1-[redacted], although contacting me through my email should suffice. The original password, tt3gudfau, was modified by the hacker. Hello, I encountered an issue with ROYALE on February 21, [redacted]. Initially, I had difficulty joining the game, but eventually succeeded. However, upon entering, I noticed that my level had reset to zero, and all the items I had acquired from the wheel were missing. Despite being at level 80 previously, I am now unable to access the wheel or retrieve any of my designs, dresses, or wings. Additionally, my friend experienced a similar loss of items. Even my gems have disappeared. I kindly request urgent assistance with resolving this matter, as ROYALE is my preferred game, and I am concerned about facing the same problem in the future. Dear Roblox Team, I am a 15-year-old African American user facing challenges with the limited dark skin tone options available in the "Advanced" section. The current choices do not accurately represent individuals of my ethnicity and often lead to insensitive comments questioning my skin color. I believe more diverse and realistic dark skin tones should be added to provide better representation. It would be beneficial to offer a range similar to the color selection wheel seen in games like Neighborhood of Robloxia or Robloxian Highschool. I urge you to address this issue and enhance the avatar editor options to be more inclusive and representative. I am a parent of a child who plays ROBLOX. Recently, a friend from my child's school chatted with him and shared a fake story filled with hurtful messages after asking to private message. Even though this does not violate the code of conduct, I believe it's necessary to inform the other child's parents. I had my child block this user, but now I can't find the chat history. Is it possible to retrieve the chat history from before the block was initiated? I want to show it to the other child's parents as we know each other and need to discuss this issue. Last month, my account (eviimatt) was unexpectedly terminated by ROBLOX Corporation due to disputed charges. After three days of providing proof that I did not charge back and sharing my father's credit card information (with his consent), I finally regained access. Unfortunately, just a month later, my account faced termination again for the same reason. Despite always seeking and receiving permission from my father to make online purchases, my appeals to ROBLOX have been consistently denied. I have never initiated a chargeback and even had to repurchase BC membership twice this month. Despite offering proof of purchase, my pleas seem to go unnoticed, and the constant rejection is disheartening. Each day, I anxiously check my email hoping for a positive response, only to be met with disappointment. I can substantiate my transactions with the monthly billing statements from my father, but the situation is taking a toll on me emotionally.

I'm facing the number one issue of my account being recently banned, and despite reaching out to "[redacted]," I have not received any responses. They requested the adult card holder to call in, and as the adult card holder, I made the call but did not receive any email updates. While playing Royale High on Roblox, I encountered a user named RainRain7575 who was being disrespectful. Despite feeling upset, I reported the user for inappropriate behavior. In response, I made a mistake by calling him a name and received a warning from Roblox. I am worried that if I reactivate my account, I will lose my progress in Royale High, which is a game I love. A user with the Roblox username Oof_ItsssNayleah added me as a friend and messaged me in Roblox chat offering free Robux. Being naive, I accepted and followed their instructions to a game called Easy Obby. The game prompted me to enter my username and password in exchange for 15,[redacted] Robux. After a few attempts, I was locked out of my account. Upon returning to school, I discovered my account had been hacked, with my outfit changed and suspicions that someone had been impersonating me. I had invested [redacted] Robux into that account and now fear it's been stolen. I'm seeking advice on whether I can regain control of my account or have it disabled to prevent further misuse. I don't want others accessing my account without authorization.

I accidentally lost my [redacted] gear, the 'Merley's Green Sparkle Time Hoverboard', in a trade that I never authorized. Despite it appearing in some of my old outfits, it's been missing from my inventory for 3 years. In [redacted], I checked my 'Trade Items' and noticed a trade where someone acquired my hoverboard for 1 Robux without my consent. This week, upon revisiting 'Trade Items,' I saw several trades with Shedletsky that were expired or declined, as well as one with a user named 9fa. All these trades occurred between 2[redacted] and are now listed under the inactive section of 'Trade Items.' Losing $5 this way isn't ideal, so I'd appreciate if there is any possible way to recover my gear. The final decision is up to you, I just want to see if it's feasible. On February 26, [redacted], my account was compromised. After receiving emails notifying me of changes to the account email, I swiftly rectified it by reverting to my initial email and updating the password along with additional security measures. Upon logging in, I discovered that an individual from a different state attempted to access my account. Further inspection revealed that on 2/26/19, all my limited items had been traded to an account under the name "RelentlessBap." The items included Purple Ice Crown, Super Super Happy Face, and various others that were either purchased or earned by me. It seems likely that "RelentlessBap" is connected to "TheChillCafe" due to their recent account creation and follower status. I suspect foul play as these transactions were not authorized by me, and I am seeking the return of my limited items.

I've been considering sharing my account with a friend who wants to purchase Robux for me. Currently, my account is secured with an Account Pin and 2-Step Verification. I have a concern about what would happen if my Account Pin is compromised and changed. Is there a way to reset the change if this were to occur? Additionally, I am worried about the situation where if someone has my information and changes my email, notifications are sent to both the old and new email addresses. This could lead to a back-and-forth situation. How can I prevent this problem and limit someone's control over my account in case they betray my trust and hack into it?

I encountered an issue with another player on ROBLOX, and I'm uncertain how to handle it. While playing "Hilton Hotels V5 By Hilton Hotels," a player named Dankmemz666 seemed to be soliciting money from me and other players for access to a free area in the game. Additionally, this player had a companion who used a "cheat" to knock players off the platform, causing chaos. It was frustrating not being able to enjoy a game I love due to this behavior. I'm hoping we can find a solution to prevent this in the future.

My son is trying to appeal the deactivation of his account, Messekid, linked to my mother's email [redacted] We want to prevent this deactivation due to unauthorized charges. We recently received an email from Albert at Roblox stating that further appeals for the same ban cannot be reviewed once a decision has been made. My account, Savagemaverick457, was hacked and the password was changed. The email associated with the account is no longer accessible. I am unsure how to change the email without being able to log in due to the password change. I am specifically concerned because I had spent robux on that account. Additionally, I attempted to purchase robux but the transactions did not seem to go through, yet my card was charged for four attempts of [redacted] robux each. I do not have the purchase details saved as Roblox is indicating the transactions were not completed.
