If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

My account was hacked and I wrote to someone and I’ve gotten one reply about proof of account, and when I asked if there was another way for me to show proof they never answered me back. With that being said I did get my account back but all of my limiteds are gone! After a little googling i saw an option too see my recent trading history. That’s when I saw * separate trade transactions from the same user with every limited item I had, and this was also when I was hacked. I did not purchase a builder club membership as well but it did show there was for a month the same month i was hacked and lost my items. I do have proof of my account, and I have the trade history. I’ve been a user since **** and I’m really hoping someone could help me I have photos of everything and I’m hoping to get some of my items back since they were something I spent a lot of money on, and if not I just hope something gets done about this situation.
