I was trying to log into my roblox account , the * step verification message showed up but i didn't receive the code no matter how many times I tried. ... I'm locked out of my account named abazotti because of * step verification, I'm not receiving the code even after trying about ** times.
This is especially frustrating because * step verification is made to make your account safer , but all it did was lock me out of my account.
Maybe the * step verification code could be sent directly to me.
I've never used this but all I expect is my issue being fixed.
I've tried all of the steps the roblox "Issues with *-Step Verification help" article but none of them have worked.
I have an issue with ROBLOX too
How GetHuman2232580 fixed the problem
I contacted roblox support and told them I wasn't getting my verification code even when I followed all the "Issues with *-Step Verification help" article , then ,they turned off * step verification and I could enter my account again.
Please help with my ROBLOX issue
