Hello ROBLOX support team, I need assistance with a user named "shakeed" who is attempting to have my account terminated on the platform. My username is "regretfvll." "shakeed" has provided me with 51K+ bot followers and threatened to increase the number by 50k more. He has openly admitted his intention to get my account terminated and even communicated with my friend, "lavendehr," warning that he will proceed with the termination if I do not unblock him and re-add him. I possess screenshots of the messages he sent to "lavendehr" and am willing to provide them via email upon request. This situation is causing me distress, and my friends and I are unsure how to handle it. I am hopeful that you can address this issue by either contacting "shakeed" directly or terminating his account. If that is not possible, I kindly request the removal of his account to prevent further incidents. We are actively trying to resolve this and warn others about his behavior. I've recently encountered a security breach on my Roblox account (BigManBradley9) again. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance from the Roblox team. Despite my efforts to stay calm, the situation is very distressing. I'm reaching out one last time for support. Please update the email address on my Roblox account to the provided one. The hack not only affected my Roblox account but also compromised my Google and Spotify accounts and other linked platforms. The repercussions have been overwhelming. I've had to deal with various account deletions and disruptions. This experience has soured my perception of Roblox and its customer service. I've made significant investments in this game, having spent approximately $[redacted], with the latest purchase being $35 for 2,[redacted] Robux. The security vulnerabilities on the website are unacceptable. I urge Roblox to rectify this issue promptly. While playing Roblox, I received a message in the Roblox chat from a friend claiming I won a giveaway from their YouTube channel for Robux. They requested my account password to proceed with the gift. Sadly, I fell for the scam and shared my password. The person then accessed my account but did not provide the promised Robux. Now, when I try to log back in, I am unable to access my account, even though I am sure of my password. The individual behind this is username milliegirlrules543. I am eager to regain control of my account, InteriorDesign22, as I have invested a lot of time and money in it. Any assistance in removing her from my account would be greatly appreciated. I have been experiencing bullying on Roblox every day. A group of girls targets me in game servers, telling me to harm myself and using offensive language like calling me names. They even went as far as creating a group chat to continue their bullying. This behavior affects me not only in-game but in my daily life as well. The usernames of the individuals involved are Veorah, XL_ia, XS_ara, XS_tormx, darkfirekylie, littleandpolo, XA_yan, XK_eke, bellasweets577, and the alternate account for XL_ia is hermosa_lia. I seek help to address this issue as I want to enjoy playing Roblox again without the fear of being harassed.

Hello, I would like to report that, without my knowledge or consent, your company has been charging my card account for transactions related to my son's account (nr_tacogamer). In November, there were five transactions that I did not authorize. In December and January, there were additional unauthorized transactions. I demand clarification on these charges and request to stop any further payments from my account. I am concerned about the security measures as I always had to input a personal code sent by my bank to complete transactions. My son did not use my card, and I want you to investigate the situation, especially since his previous account was stolen. Another player was offering a giveaway of [redacted] Robux to two individuals. One person received the Robux, but when I logged back in after leaving the game, I was unable to access my account even though I followed all the steps correctly. I recently changed my password multiple times as I didn't like the previous ones. I had difficulties logging in due to the complexity and verification prompts. I created new passwords but still faced issues. The latest password "Blackjack" with a space didn't work. I need assistance with this login problem as it's frustrating me. I have an old account named "sloppycatman" that I used within the last year. Now, I'm unable to access it. I'm unsure if I've forgotten my password or if there's another issue. I attempted to reset my password through the email linked to the account, ([redacted]), but I don't know the password for that email. Comcast mentioned the account is no longer in their Xfinity servers due to its age. I'm seeking assistance to regain access to this account, as there isn't a phone number linked to it since it was created when I was young.

I accidentally shared my password on Roblox with someone promising me Robux two years ago. I have been searching for ways to hack back into my account on YouTube since then. Recently, I discovered the person who hacked me was actually a girl, despite claiming to be a boy. When I reached out, she refused to return my account, claiming she forgot the password. I have since created a new account, Xx_widowxX, but my old hacked account is DimondGueen109. I have previously attempted to seek assistance, but encountered barriers. Here's the full account of my situation. In the past, while playing "Work at a Pizza Place" with my sister, I received a message indicating someone else accessing the account. Due to my young age of 9, almost 10 at the time, I was unsure how to link an email to the account. Fast forward to age 12 in [redacted], I'm still pondering the possibility of account recovery. After trying to update the password to "mynameisjeff," I was inadvertently logged out. Subsequent login attempts proved futile. Feeling anxious, I questioned my actions. I suspect an error in the password change process. Despite feeling perplexed, my family can ascertain my ownership of the account. Desperation has led me here seeking guidance.

My ROBLOX account, DarkestAri, has been hacked. The email associated with it used to be '[redacted],' but the hacker keeps changing it. Despite having the pin '[redacted],' someone is still able to change the password and email. I would appreciate it if ROBLOX could block any email other than '[redacted]' from accessing my account. I no longer have access to the purchase billing as my father bought the Robux, but I am now living with my mother and cannot contact him. It is frustrating to see someone else claiming my account. Please ROBLOX, I am desperate to regain control over my account.

Dear Roblox Support Team, I am reaching out regarding my account, 'bloxeror'. On May 17, [redacted], my account was compromised, and all my limited items were stolen by the user 'G2_nard', previously known as 'prelium'. The following day, upon realizing the theft on May 18, I promptly contacted support detailing the compromising incident. Regrettably, the response I received only outlined how to reset my password. I fear my message may have been misinterpreted or that an automated reply was sent. Despite this occurrence being from last year, I kindly ask for a reconsideration of the situation. I made two separate contacts with support within the given 14-day timeframe, resulting in identical responses each time. Although this experience led me to withdraw from Roblox, I still hold affection for the game and wish to resume playing. G2_nard illicitly obtained my possessions by exchanging them for their less valuable items. Attached are screenshots showing the trades along with the theft of [redacted] Robux from my account. I am uncertain of the extent to which you can assist in this matter, perhaps by restoring my items, reimbursing my Robux, or providing replacements. I invested a significant amount of my personal funds in acquiring these items. Furthermore, could you please consider banning the user 'G2_nard'? Such individuals should not have a place on your platform. Notably, I am baffled as to how 'G2_nard' gained entry to my account as I never share my login details with anyone. My son made [redacted] unauthorized add-on purchases within 2 days without my knowledge. Despite thinking I had removed my bank details, the transactions went through. I expected safeguards would be in place to prevent such unusual activity. The total amount, around [redacted] GBP, is a significant loss for me. The email linked to the purchases is [redacted] I haven't shared the password yet. I urge you to consider refunding these charges, as I cannot afford this loss. I have taken control of his device to prevent further expenditures. Parents facing similar situations may also fall victim to unauthorized transactions, and it's disappointing to see no refund policy on your website. Hello, As "mayaloveshorses17" on Roblox, I created my account when I was young and didn't put much thought into the username. I wanted to change it but was surprised to find out that it would cost a thousand Robux, which seems expensive for just a username change. Many users, like myself, may realize as they get older that their usernames are unsafe or immature. It would be fair if the first username change was free, then increasing in cost for subsequent changes. I looked into earning Robux without spending money and found out that being in the Builders Club is necessary to earn them in any way. It doesn't seem fair that users can't sell clothing to earn Robux, regardless of club membership. Allowing users to create and sell clothing could be a more equitable system, where the value is based on the quality of the item. I hope these suggestions are considered for a more balanced system. While acknowledging his past actions in [redacted], it seems contradictory to your own terms of service which indicate that users engage at their own risk. If you are enforcing a ban based on past behavior, then consistency should lead to actions against other influencers like Logan Paul, Vanoss Gaming, Smii71, Dude Perfect, Elon Musk, and Mr. Beast. Furthermore, banning someone for enjoying themselves and playing a game raises questions about your integrity. As a user, I seek clarification on why you are deviating from your terms and would appreciate an apology if further biased actions are revealed.

Hello, My 11-year-old child has been playing Roblox for a few months. I'm experiencing unauthorized charges and have spoken with Apple extensively to resolve this issue. Despite removing my credit card information from the Apple store, I've been charged again after putting it back for business purposes. Hello, While reviewing my account, I noticed a previous username: ZaMsiHacker. I'm not fond of this username anymore, so I've created a new Roblox account for my game development purposes. I thought about transferring all my items to my new account but soon realized I needed to purchase Builders Club. Consequently, I bought it for BOTH accounts, hoping to transfer all my items and Robux. However, I later discovered that I can only trade LIMITED items. I'm unsure about what to do now since I spent money on purchasing Builders Club. The account I currently use is Zamsizz, and the one I intended to transfer items to is SamTwisted. I would appreciate either getting a refund, canceling the subscriptions, deleting the Robux received, or transferring the items from my old account (Zamsizz) to my new one (SamTwisted). Hello, I'm Dylan, and I'm 13 years old. On February 3rd, someone named Lin_ear compromised my account, which has since been terminated. During that time, they made trades without my consent. I contacted Roblox support, but they couldn't assist me. I am reaching out again because my previous email didn't clearly explain the situation due to the fear I felt at that moment. The trades conducted involved transferring all of my limited items to their account. To secure my account, I changed the password, added my phone number, and logged out of all other devices. Recently, my playful vampire face was scammed away by players with the usernames (RichhBabiiTay), (LordPlutus), and (SheWasBroken). The situation unfolded when (RichhBabiiTay) approached me after I acquired the playful vampire face. I agreed to a trade since I thought of her as a friend. We communicated via Discord, and against my better judgment, she convinced me to trade my face for a "Chrome Egg of Speeding Bullet," claiming she couldn't trade due to not having Builders Club. Little did I realize, she traded my valuable face for a mere 1 robux. I spent 4,[redacted] robux on the face and received almost nothing in return. I discovered that the egg was previously sold for 1 robux, raising suspicions. Subsequently, I faced consequences for using my stepmom's bank details without permission. Despite having evidence such as Discord messages, audio recordings of the incident, Roblox messages, transaction logs, and bank statements to support my claims, I find myself at a loss. I seek assistance in resolving this troubling situation involving these specific usernames.
