If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I was playing Roblox when I got this message from my friend in roblox chat and she said well done you have won a giveaway from my YouTube channel. I said oh thanks what is it and she said it’s a Robux giveaway and said I would have to give her my password to the account . I agreed thinking it was real . So unfortunately I did give her my password which I learned was a big mistake. So she logged into my account to give me my free roebucks and ** minutes later role-playing game I was disconnected from the server because it said there was another person on the account. I thought instantly it was the player that had offered me the free giveaway. Then I tried to reload the page to see if she had given me the money and it appears that she hasn’t, and I can’t reloading the page until for some reason I was locked out of the account. I tried logging back in and multiple times it wouldn’t allow me. I was sure I knew my passcode, but it still won’t log me in. Do you so that offered me this and supposedly logged into my account and stop me from getting into it is called milliegirlrules***. If you could try and get her off my account so I can have my account back to myself that would be much appreciated . I have been purchasing roebucks and I would really love to get back to them because I paid for them with my own earned money. I’m really upset that she has done this and I thought I could trust her. Please try and do something and get her off or even find her account because I am really annoyed at the moment. My account that I think she is currently on is InteriorDesign**. Don’t ban the account please as I have so much progress and I’ve used a lot of roebucks. Try and get back to me ASAP. Many thanks, Maisie!
