Hello Roblox, I am reaching out regarding an issue from some time ago. I found myself in a situation where I spent a significant amount of money on Roblox, leaving me with no funds. In an attempt to quickly boost my stats in a game, I resorted to using an exploit in Berezaa's game and others. This led me to need more Robux, which I didn't have. As a youngster, I didn't fully comprehend the implications of utilizing an MGUI. I acquired only 3-4k Robux through this method, and I deeply regret my actions and the exploit usage. I am willing to provide the key to the exploit to assist in patching these vulnerabilities. I want to actively report exploiters. I seek a clean slate in [redacted] and feel remorseful for my actions. I am ready to rectify this; please guide me on the necessary steps. I hope to avoid any legal repercussions and maintain my account in good standing. I am willing to make amends, even if it involves a payment. I recently discovered that my eight-year-old son had all his Robux stolen while playing Murder Mystery 2. He was tricked into sharing his private information for the promise of free Robux and ended up losing $[redacted]. The scammer, going by the name "xxylophone," not only took the money but also taunted my son by saying, "You suck. I stole your account." I have educated my son about online safety, but he learned a hard lesson. I am worried that other kids might fall victim to the same scammer in the game. This incident has made me hesitant to buy more Robux cards in the future, even though my son enjoys playing and we spend money on the game regularly. I would like immediate action against the scammer and some form of compensation for our loss. While I understand the importance of not sharing personal information, my son is young and was manipulated by someone taking advantage of trusting kids. I have encountered issues with my clothing items being flagged by moderators twice, even though there was no actual problem with the content. Once, my t-shirt was flagged because the text was deemed unreadable, even though the image hadn't loaded yet. The second time, my black pants were flagged due to the image delay, making them appear empty or like nudity. I am a Builder's Club member and concerned about my account being at risk due to Roblox clothing image loading delays.

I recently logged out of my account to prevent my friend from accessing it. However, when I tried to log back in using my usual password, I was unable to. I do not believe I was hacked as I was only logged out for a short while and I have not forgotten my password. When attempting to sign in, it repeatedly asks for human verification, despite not having set up my account with an email or phone number. About seven months ago, I was really good at playing Roblox. I had almost all the vehicles in Jailbreak, and I had a friend named J. His friend R. asked me to take J. away from him. R. pretended to be J. and tricked me into giving him access to the Tron bike, claiming it was his dream. I trusted him and regretted it the next day when he changed the password, leading me to tears. My username was alonsochup, and my password was alonsoxd. Please, I ask for it back. I have friends who can confirm this, and I will ask for their help.

Hello, approximately 8 months ago, my account Arktiik was hacked or keylogged, and despite contacting Roblox Support repeatedly when it happened, I was unable to receive assistance due to issues with my old billing email being associated with my mother's inactive college email address, making it impossible for me to provide the original email. The emails linked to the account were [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] Even though I received a suspicious email attempting to access my account under different conditions, I did not receive any notification about my email being changed until October [redacted], several months after the account was compromised. I possess evidence, such as screenshots and emails from ROBLOX, including information about 2-step verification and username changes, proving the account ownership. I am now reaching out to ROBLOX support once more to regain access to my old account as I have recently resumed playing on the platform. Please contact me at [redacted] after 3:30 pm EST today if possible.

When I created my account, I saved my password for convenience. Recently, when I tried to log in to Roblox, it didn't work despite entering the correct password. Even after verifying the saved password in the settings, it still wouldn't let me log in. When I attempted to use the "forgot password" option, it didn't recognize my email address, which I am certain is correct as I have a record of all my login information. I'm puzzled as to why I can't access my account. I hope this issue can be resolved soon as I'm eager to join my friends in playing Roblox.

Recently, my ROBLOX account, Ninjago5789, was targeted by a scammer, Netherly1, who accessed my account, played the game "Welcome to Blocksburg," and deleted my in-game assets, transferring them to another user, LittleMissyRissy. I was devastated as I had invested my Christmas funds into the game, only to have everything removed. The next day, the scam continued with more losses, including my game passes. I am requesting that Netherly1 and LittleMissyRissy be banned to prevent further harm. I am also requesting [redacted] robux to recover my losses. This incident has deeply upset me as I have been a member for five years and have dedicated a significant amount of money to the game. I purchased a $50 Roblox card for my daughter's birthday yesterday. I redeemed the 10-digit pin on www.roblox.com/gamecard, followed the steps for verification by adjusting the color wheel, and it confirmed the redemption. However, when I checked the app using the same account, there was no credit applied. I checked the purchase history, which didn't show the transaction. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like logging out, clearing cache, force stopping, and reinstalling the app, the $50 credit is still missing. I even attempted to redeem the code again online, only to receive a message that the card had already been used. This situation needs immediate attention as I am frustrated with the lack of resolution.

This morning while playing Prison Life, I encountered a player on Roblox named "Richirocker." He offered me cheat codes for Roblox after I agreed. He instructed me to add him as a friend and leave the game immediately upon which he demanded my account password. Despite feeling nervous, I complied. Soon after, I realized I had been hacked when I couldn't access my account. It's my cherished account with purchased items and years of progress stored since I was 9, and now at 13, I hope to recover it and prevent others from facing the same fate. Could you please assist in reactivating my account and ensuring its security? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could take action against Richirocker to prevent him from harming others. Hello, I noticed that the phone number provided to contact ROBLOX only had ten digits instead of the typical eleven, making it impossible to connect when I tried to call. Despite attempting multiple times, it seemed to be either a fake or unauthorized number. Today, my daughter experienced issues upgrading ROBLOX. We attempted various troubleshooting steps like resetting the computer, uninstalling the program, and clearing the browsing history. Visiting ROBLOX support, we exhausted all efforts to resolve the problem without success. Even after reinstalling ROBLOX and reopening the browser, the site displayed a blank screen upon loading. It appears we may need to wait for a fix as we've encountered similar glitches in the past. Last week, a similar loading issue occurred but was resolved by following YouTube instructions. Sadly, repeating the same steps this time did not work. On January 19, [redacted], I received two notifications that two trades were completed by the user "CX5H," even though I didn't provide any information or click on any links. Before the hacking incident, I was interacting with someone named Malek on Roblox. He asked me to take several unnecessary steps to supposedly get a 3D avatar for a photoshoot, insisting I needed to follow certain instructions by inspecting and saving my profile image on a website. During this process, I was on a Discord call with Malek, and after sending him the link containing my personal information, I mysteriously received trade notifications on an alternate account and lost my items. Malek then abruptly left the call. Since then, I've been in contact with various hackers and suspect the user "Yxmmmy," who created their account just four days ago, of being involved. This individual quickly acquired my items, traded them, and has been making threats in a Discord group. I fear that a keylogger was used to gain access to my account "LordAndSaviorKyle" through the link I shared. I hope my items can be recovered, and the hackers are dealt with accordingly. My Discord handle is "Lord And Savior Kyle#[redacted]," and the suspect's is "Malek#[redacted]."

While playing a game, a user named Yxmmmy approached me on Discord offering a free GFX. They sent me instructions to save my profile using "Save as HAR", which I followed. Unfortunately, after sending the file, I realized my valuable in-game items worth 80,[redacted]+ RAP were gone. It seems I unknowingly traded them for a less valuable item with another user, CX5H. Yxmmmy denied involvement, but their account was suspiciously new and had gained significant RAP recently. The user I traded with has since deleted their profile. I'm seeking assistance with retrieving my lost items and addressing this upsetting situation. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hello Roblox. I am Parnia. I have been trying to resolve an issue with my account without success. Despite contacting you previously, the problem persists. Unable to login, I'm certain my account hasn't been hacked. Some time back, I intended to donate Robux to my friend Lisa, who needed them. Unable to do so via phone, I asked her to login on PC and create a group to receive the Robux. However, after she accessed my account, I received a "Your account is expired" warning and was unable to login again. Despite my friend claiming innocence, I suspect my account's email has been changed. I tried a password reset using what I believe was my initial email ([redacted]), but the emails seem to have been rerouted. I have a history of others accessing my account to purchase Robux. My son received a Roblox game card for his birthday last night. This morning, we tried to redeem it, but unfortunately, we received a message saying the card had already been redeemed. The $25 balance did not show up, and his account still displays $0. We attempted to redeem it a few times throughout the day to no avail. I contacted Roblox customer support, provided them with the necessary information, but I don't have details about where the card was purchased or the receipt since it was a gift. I hope they can still assist in adding the $25 to his account without me having to ask his friend's parent for the receipt. I included a picture of the back of the card in my email. Recently, I was chatting with someone online, dima1242, and they started talking about wanting to be more than friends. I politely declined, but they responded with lots of love emojis. Now, things have escalated, and this person is being rude and saying hurtful things about me. I'm feeling upset and frustrated with the situation. It's really bothering me that they are acting this way and spreading negative rumors. I want to move on from this and not engage any further. It's been a stressful and unpleasant experience dealing with their inappropriate behavior.
