I bought my daughter a $** dollar roblox card for her birthday yesterday..... went online to www.roblux.com*gamecard, put in the ** digit pin found on the back of the card, hit the green "redeem" button and it asked me to tap the left and right arrows until the color wheel was on my favorite color facing upwards for human verification. So i did just that. Said it was completed, so i went into the app, (using the same account as was used to redeem the roblux card), and tried to view the available credit, so it could be used to purchase items from the store.....there was NOTHING showing that any money had been put onto the account. I even went into the purchase history to see if the transaction would show there but it didnt. Last purchase was end of December sometime. So i searched on how to fix this issue, and i did everything there was for me to possibly try and do to fix it. Logging out of the app, clearing the cache in the app settings, force stopping the app, and i even uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it ......logged back in and STILLLLLLLL theres nothing showing that the **$ has been put onto the account. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!!! IM NOT A HAPPY MOM RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!! I also went back online and tried to put in the ** digit number, hit redeem and it read,"sorry card has already been used" . So clearly when i did it the first time it did go through and was taken off the card but wasnt put onto the account
