I purchased Roblox for both of my daughters (LittleMollieMcInvale and Riesiepiesie***) I purchased the Robux on Friday night and by Saturday morning, when they got up to play the game, both accounts were empty. I've contacted customer support about this two times, one for each account. And then on a separate occasion the next day. I have yet to hear from anyone except for the automated response and I am quite disappointed in the amount of customer service. for the simple fact that both of my children have been playing this game for years and because I have spent more money than I care to admit it with your company. I understand you usually dealing with children but I am a parent and I am pissed. When you take from my children, you take from me and after the amount of money I've spent, I'm a bit disappointed in how quiet you guys have been. Please contact me ASAP. Also now my youngest daughter, (LittleMollieMcInvale) after changing her password twice cannot even get into her account and anymore. It's not working at all.
