I bought my daughter a $**.***ROBLOX gift card , and the "Robucks" was never put on her account. Despite us following all of the directions. Now after trying again using the same code on the back of the card and now it says it's already been redeemed. At this point I would either one of two things to resolve this issue is ** Credit my daughter's ROBLOX account for $**.** ** A cash refund if the issue can not be resolved in a timely manner. I do have a receipt from Walmart, where it was originally purchased.
GetHuman-lizkalli did not yet indicate what ROBLOX should do to make this right.
