While playing "Friday," a friend suggested I join a game titled "Free Robux," which I initially doubted was genuine. Despite my skepticism, my friend insisted it was real and required a 4-hour wait. Upon joining, I encountered a prompt to "press to receive," leading me to input my password, a decision I now deeply regret. Subsequently, I was logged out, and upon logging back in after 5 minutes, I discovered my account had been compromised with a hacker activating an account pin. Despite numerous attempts to change my password, the hacker persisted in altering it. My affected email is [redacted], and my ROBLOX username is "HeyItzyeboy_Ash." I appeal to ROBLOX to permanently ban the hacker, rectify the security breach, and lift the account pin. The hacker's email is [redacted] Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I shared my password with an individual on Roblox with the username PS4Pro_Takeover. He promised to provide my brother and me with 2k Robux for Christmas, which he did. After receiving the initial Robux, he requested my password again to allegedly facilitate more Robux transactions. A few hours later, upon refreshing the app, I discovered that I was logged out of my account. Despite multiple attempts with all known passwords, I realized that I had been hacked. My messages to the individual went unanswered, leading me to suspect he was responsible for the hack. I request assistance in reclaiming my account, which holds [redacted] Robux and has been with me since my early days on Roblox around [redacted]/[redacted]. My account, Daren2497, seems to have been banned. I watched a video on how to get free robux, which now seems sketchy. The video asked for my email, so I used a fake email generator for a one-month verification. When I needed to verify my email a month later with the fake email, it didn't work, and I had to create a new account. I hope to recover my old account to see my progress.

Roughly three years ago, I encountered issues with my account under the username "ZoroUzamaki260." I attempted to like and favorite games without success, as well as tried to secure my account by adding my email, which proved unsuccessful. A friend offered to help and used their email on my account. Unfortunately, the friend later exploited this trust, demonstrating toxic behavior. Whenever disputes arose, they resorted to taking over my account by changing the password. Several attempts to add my email failed, even after regaining control of the account. Resorting to another friend, a similar pattern emerged with the original perpetrator of account theft. The individual admitted to maintaining a way to reset my account's password through a lingering email link from Roblox. This troubling situation resurfaced on December 16, [redacted], after upsetting the individual resulted in the loss of my account. My account got compromised during a game on Trade Hangout. Someone offered me 20K Robux, and I declined to avoid being hacked. They then directed me to a game supposedly created by Builderman, which turned out to be a hacker's trap. After joining, my computer crashed, and upon restarting, I found myself logged out of my account. The hacker altered my password, email, and phone number. It's alarming how scams and hacks are rampant on Trade Hangout. I used to go by the username DEADFANG131 before the incident. Requesting Trade Hangout to remove the current user, Asleck, who was involved in my hacking. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for addressing this matter promptly. P.S. - I lost around 17K Robux in the hack, and if possible, could some be restored? Grateful for any help in resolving this issue.

Hello, I had an issue while playing Roblox and wanted to share what happened. I was playing a game called Greenville when a girl asked me to be her roommate, which I agreed to. Eventually, she had to leave but before going, she added me as a friend. Later, feeling bored, I left the game too. Shortly after, the girl messaged me persistently, asking if I wanted Robux. Despite declining multiple times, she kept insisting and even asked for my TikTok. I reluctantly shared it, but she continued to pressure me about Robux on TikTok. I remained firm in refusing. It seems she may have become upset and somehow gained access to my account, locking me out. I am reaching out here to see if there is any way to recover my account. Thank you.

I am currently playing a game on Roblox known as Work at a Pizza Place, and I have encountered two players named MintyMartial and miker09 who are engaging in harassing behavior towards other players. These individuals are disrupting the game by entering the manager's office, annoying, and bullying other players. When questioned about their actions, they claimed they deserve to be the manager. Their behavior has caused innocent children to become upset and cry. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Roblox, I need your assistance. Recently, all my ROBUX seem to have disappeared. I recall having around 60 to 70 ROBUX left, but one day when I tried to make a purchase in the game, it showed 0. Additionally, when I tried to set up a VIP server at Robloxian High School, it prompted me to buy ROBUX even though I had enough to create the server. At this point, the ROBUX are not my concern, I just want to retrieve my account. Unfortunately, I did not link my email to the account, so I am uncertain how to recover it. I recently received OBC and decided to give trading a try. While in Tradehangout, someone named Blaine1405 offered free robux in exchange for friending them. I messaged Blaine1405 outside the platform as advised. Once I joined a game, it turned out to be just an Obby. After completing it, I was asked to input my password by two avatars, which raised a red flag for me. Realizing it was a scam, I attempted to exit the game but found myself logged out. Even after numerous tries, my correct password wouldn't work. I promptly informed my friends and family about the incident. Shortly after, I noticed my avatar active on my backup account, Goldcheese4. Upon contacting Blaine1405, they only responded with a few casual remarks and refused to return my account. Unfortunately, Blaine1405 unfriended Goldcheese4 and made unauthorized purchases with my robux.

Hello, I have a situation with my son regarding a Robux gift card he received for Christmas. He accidentally added the gift card to an account that he doesn't usually use. This account was created for a friend to use when visiting our home and was still logged in from a previous session. I can confirm that the account hasn't been accessed from any other location based on the IP address. My son simply wants the gift card transferred to his primary account. The $25 worth of Robux has not been used because I instructed him not to log in to that account. Recently, my credit card had some fraudulent charges, including two from roblox.com. I mistakenly labeled these as fraudulent when they were actually authorized by me for my kids' accounts. I wasn't familiar with the charges because it was their first time using this method.
