I was recently banned from the platform for creating shirts that unknowingly violated the guidelines. I wasn't aware that the humor on some of the shirts I created could be seen as inappropriate, including one with mildly offensive content and another explaining the abbreviation "wtf." I would like to request the reinstatement of my account as a reminder to be more cautious in the future. I am now aware of what to avoid when designing clothing items. I had invested $20 in Robux and Builder's Club and losing access would be very disappointing for me. While I understand that pleading may not change the outcome, I assure you that I will strictly adhere to Roblox's policies regarding appropriate content moving forward. I only received two violations and question whether a permanent ban was truly necessary, though I did review the pages detailing the violations after the fact. I kindly ask for a response at your earliest convenience. If you are able to restore my account, I would deeply appreciate it.

Roblox is misleading children by allowing them to sign up for their app and online games without parental permission or the option to input an email beforehand. Children can only add an email after they join, provided the profile allows access via a code they request. Children can spend money on points, but if they forget their password or get locked out like my daughter did, they need a phone or email to reset it. Otherwise, they are locked out, losing access to the games, points, and money. Roblox's customer "care" demands proof of the first purchase, pretending to care, but in reality, they do not. As a parent, I believe this is unfair to children and I urge Roblox to take responsibility. This is exploiting children. Contact me at [redacted]

Roblox is allowing children to sign up for their app and online games without parental consent or the option to provide an email beforehand. Once a child is in, they can only add an email if the profile allows it through a code request. Children can spend money on points but may get locked out if they forget their password. Then they need an email or phone to reset, leaving them locked out of their games and losing their progress and money. The customer service team only seems to care if proof of the initial purchase is provided. I recently worked on creating an advertisement for my LGBTQ+ group on Roblox that I was very proud of. Unfortunately, the advertisement was unexpectedly deleted. It did not contain any inappropriate content, negativity, or offensive material. The drawing depicted cute dog illustrations representing different sexualities, each depicted with their respective flags - the rainbow flag (gay), transgender flag, bisexual flag, and asexual flag. The only text included was "All Welcomed!" and "Support." I am unsure why it was removed and was wondering if there was an issue with the message it conveyed. I would love to have it restored if possible, but if not, I understand. I believed original drawings were allowed on Roblox, as I have seen similar content before, so I thought it would be a positive contribution to our group. Hello, I had an unexpected experience while playing a game with a friend - my account got banned without a clear explanation. After some research, I discovered that the username "jewxls" was deemed inappropriate for Roblox due to the "jew" reference in it. Despite my initial assumption that a game picture might have caused the ban, it turns out the issue was related to my username. I kindly request to have my account unbanned with all its content intact. I have invested over $[redacted] of my own money into the account. If reinstating my original account is not feasible, I would appreciate receiving a $[redacted] gift card to create a new account. Hello Team, I am contacting you on behalf of my son who may have had his Roblox account hacked today. His account username is coolTareef399. While he was online, he received a pop-up message requesting his Roblox account password and threatening to damage the computer if he didn't comply. Being only 9 years old, he provided the password and has since been unable to log in to his Roblox account, causing him great distress. I attempted to reset the password using the appropriate link but was unsuccessful. Despite numerous attempts with both the email address and mobile number, I kept receiving messages stating they were incorrect. This has been a frustrating and upsetting experience, with no success even after spending over an hour trying to resolve it. We are located in Sydney, Australia, and have been unable to find a support desk number to reach out for assistance. My young grandson is a big fan of your game and plays it regularly. However, we encountered an issue this morning. While playing ROBLOX Jailbreak, he unintentionally spent a large portion of his 92,[redacted] in-game currency on a purchase he didn't realize had a cost. This situation has heightened his anxiety, and we are kindly requesting the return of his 90,[redacted] bucks or preferably an additional million. I know it's a big ask, but that's his wish. I am having trouble changing my password despite entering my email. I used to have the password Fominyam, but now it keeps changing every time I try to type it in. A friend, Leslie282008, mentioned that her account may have been involved unintentionally in hacking my account. She claims her friend led her to a website which resulted in my account being compromised. When I asked her to rectify this, she indicated that her friend had moved away and couldn't recall the website. Subsequently, when I was playing on my legitimate account, I was prompted to re-enter my password by Roblox and found out I had been hacked. I am uncertain if my email entry will resolve the issue. If it does, could measures be taken to block these hacking websites? It is extremely frustrating to be hacked by individuals with whom I have minimal acquaintance.

Dear Roblox Team, I have been a long-time player of Roblox and have always enjoyed it, but I have noticed a concerning trend. The community has become increasingly toxic with online daters, scammers, hackers, exploiters, and more negatively impacting the overall experience. I used to engage in role-playing groups like the ro-aviation community, but had to leave due to exploits and trolling. This behavior is destructive and affecting the communities within the game. I believe implementing more moderators is crucial. With millions of players, having just a few hundred isn't sufficient. Perhaps having thousands of moderators would help keep the game environment safe and enjoyable for everyone. Starting with trial moderation roles can allow for quicker action on reported issues and then promoting trusted individuals to more advanced roles could be a solution. Username:guillermis (no caps) I recently purchased some Robux, only to find out the next day that someone had logged into my account and spent it on a winter outfit when I normally wear an Assassin's Creed outfit. Today, while playing Tradelands, I got disconnected because someone else was using my account. I purchased more Robux today, and I'm worried this person will spend it on more unnecessary items. I can't play any games now because it says I'm not authorized since someone else is using my account. My password was not easy, it was something random like "egocheesnuts." I'm not sure how to fix this, but please help me change my password. My username is guillermis.

Hello, I am reaching out to report an online scammer who targeted my daughter while she was playing Roblox. Despite my attempts to contact Roblox over the phone, I have not received a follow-up call yet. The incident occurred on November 7, [redacted]. My daughter's username is XRainingmidnight, and she was approached by a user named Murdereee. This user repeatedly messaged her while they were playing Murder Mystery. Murdereee convinced my daughter to trade an expensive item, the Black Iron Horns, valued at over 4,[redacted] Robux - equivalent to nearly $50. Unfortunately, the user took the item without completing the trade. I am requesting either the return of the item or reimbursement for its value in Robux. It is concerning that users are able to deceive and harm children in this manner; therefore, I believe Roblox should implement warnings or features that prevent unauthorized trades. Additionally, I believe Murdereee should be banned from the platform for scamming. I have attached screenshots of the scammer's profile and the item that was taken.

Hello, I wanted to report an issue with my little brother's Roblox account. While he was peacefully playing games, he suddenly got kicked out of his game and was taken back to the email and password login screen. Despite numerous attempts to enter his login details, he was unable to access his account, indicating a possible hack. I created a new account to investigate and found out that someone had altered his profile, changing his outfit, stance, and comments. The username of the hacked account is the_badkid263. Hello Roblox, I recently attempted to purchase a membership before logging in. I have been an active player since [redacted] using the username shadowgirl[redacted]. While entering my password, I received a notification about multiple login attempts on my account, which I did not initiate. Trying to reset my password using my phone number led to no account being found, even though I remember adding my phone number to my settings. The available help articles are not resolving my issue. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised if my phone number was removed. I recently discovered my account was compromised by an unknown individual or potentially a bot that might have bypassed the Two-Step Verification process. Upon waking up, I found two emails related to Two-Step Verification, but I received no alerts regarding password or email changes. Unfortunately, I was unable to log in, and resetting my password led to an error indicating my email wasn't linked to any account. Despite multiple attempts, I could not resolve the issue. I fear that my account has been hijacked by a bot aiming to misuse it for scams involving free Robux or Builders Club. I assure you I have never shared my password or personal information online. Recently, my account was hacked, and although I have access to my email, I'm unable to remove the pin the hacker placed on my account. I need to change my username and other settings, but the pin is blocking me. I enjoy playing this game and have already invested over $[redacted] into it, but I may have to stop if I can't resolve this issue. My username on Roblox is "ganglowkey." I have made several attempts to contact them, but the phone number does not seem to connect me to the right department unless I include an international code. I have been attempting to recover my account, but I have not been able to reach anyone over the phone to explain my situation. I have given detailed support information to prove my ownership of the account, but I have received very little assistance in return. Despite my efforts to explain that the email linked to the account may have been deactivated, I have not made any progress.

My son has a Roblox account, and we have invested a significant amount of money in it. He used my Gmail account, assuming I could monitor his activity, but unfortunately, a hacker gained access to my Gmail account. They fraudulently obtained my credit card information, causing a great deal of trouble for my family. I urgently need this issue resolved. I instructed my son to stop playing, only to realize how much money has actually been taken from my account while he played Roblox over the past year. After playing Roblox, switching to my Xbox, then trying to return to Roblox, I discovered I was banned for 3 days. Upon waiting out the ban, I found out I was banned for 7 days due to adult content violations I did not commit. To my surprise, my password was changed, a pin was added, and my Gmail account was linked without my knowledge. Despite changing my password, I still couldn't access my account the next day. I need assistance to regain access to my account "TamajaJackson."

Roblox, my account was terminated due to profane language that was used by someone else towards me. The other user, identified as Jordan gamer_Keon G, made inappropriate comments, which I reported. I kindly request you to address this issue with them as well and reconsider the termination of both our accounts, mine being Aspen Love [redacted]. Additionally, we suspect Jordan may be hacking as whenever we are near their house, unusual disconnections occur that do not happen elsewhere. Please investigate this matter. Thank you.
