I BOUGHT A ROBLOX GIFT CARD, AND WHEN I TRIED TO REDEEM WHEN INSERTING MY CODE, IT DID NOT WORK AND MESSAGE SAID THAT THE CARD HAS BEEN REDEEMED ALREADY, AND WHEN I CHECKED MY SON'S ACCOUNT, IT STILL SHOW * BALANCE.*I RETURN THE ITEM TO SMYTHS STORE, BUT I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO CONTACT YOU (ROBLOX) TO SORT ME OUT.*THE CODE PURCHASE IS: ***********I WOULD BE VERY GREATFUL IF YOU COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, AND MAKE MY SON SMILE AGAIN, BECAUSE SINCE THAT PURCHASE HE IS VERY DESAPPOINTED BY THE WAY YOU LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH SO LITTLE OPTIONS TO RESOLVE THEIR ISSUES.*REGARDS**MRS L.
