While playing Bloxburg with my friend, miarose315, a player named soupyyy_715 offered to double money. Initially giving her $[redacted] resulted in receiving $[redacted], leading to me giving her $[redacted] more, hoping for a double amount. However, soupyyy_715 proceeded to leave games when I joined and later unfriended me. It was frustrating as I had worked hard for that money. I take responsibility but believe she scammed me. Hello, I accidentally logged out of my account and when I tried to log back in, my main account password was deemed incorrect. Since I wasn't using my phone at the time, I couldn't enter an email or phone number. I noticed I was still logged in on someone else's phone, so I tried to change the password from there. However, the system kept saying my current password was wrong, blocking me from updating it. I attempted to guess my password to no avail. To confirm ownership, my username is loverurself_YT, and I had [redacted] robux. Please assist me in regaining access to my account. Thank you for your help.

My daughter, who is 9 years old, managed to change my Google password and made three charges to my Google account for the Roblox app. I don't have much information about her Roblox account, but I do have the list of charges. The charges were made on 11/17/[redacted], and despite multiple calls to Google customer service, they refused my refund request without explanation. I contacted them immediately after receiving the email receipt for the charges, but no one has gotten back to me. Since Google has been unhelpful, I am reaching out to Roblox for assistance in getting a refund for the charges on my account. The charges were one for $24.99 and two for $9.99 each, all billed to the card ending in [redacted]. I have removed all payment cards from my account to prevent this from happening again. My debit card details linked to my son's Roblox account were mistakenly used for several unauthorized purchases. On November 19th, [redacted], he accidentally made a $4.99 purchase. Recently, I suspect another accidental 99 cent transaction was made and my son made a $9.99 purchase at 1:48 a.m. today. Unfortunately, my debit card balance is now negative due to these charges. It appears each charge will incur a $36 fee. I am seeking assistance to secure a refund for these transactions. Additionally, I urgently need to remove my credit card details from my son's account to prevent further unauthorized charges. His Roblox username is damonpoop16. Hello, I was participating in the Aquaman event missions in Bandit Simulator. I completed the missions that reward the Water Dragon Head and Aquaman Backpack. After finishing the missions, I noticed I received the Water Dragon Head but not the Aquaman Backpack. I am concerned that missing the backpack might prevent me from obtaining the Arthro Aquaman suit for collecting all event items. If it won't impact receiving the suit, that's okay, but if it will, is there a way for me to obtain the missing item?

One day, while opening Roblox on my phone, I encountered an issue. The app had logged me out of my account and prompted me to sign up or log in again. Despite entering my correct username and what I believe to be my password, it kept rejecting my password as incorrect. I attempted various phone numbers and email addresses associated with the account, including family members', but none seemed to work. I am eager to regain access to my account as I have put a lot of time into the game and do not wish to lose progress. I have reached out via email but have not received a response. I hope for a resolution to this problem soon.

Complaint: While playing "Downtown Role Play New Mayor," I purchased a gun from a dealer who later informed me that as a Robine member, I couldn't buy additional weapons. Another player, mrgoldencarrot, confronted me for having the gun even though it was sold to me by the dealer. When I questioned this, he shot my character, leading to me retaliating and subsequently getting reported and kicked out of the game. Request: I would like to file a complaint against mrgoldencarrot for shooting me. I believe he should be temporarily banned from the game for 2 days. Additionally, I am seeking compensation of [redacted] robux for the inconvenience caused.

I recently had my Roblox account deleted due to an offensive item that I personally did not find offensive. While my username may have been inappropriate, it was not meant to offend, but rather based on a song reference I didn't realize had a negative connotation. The claim of misconduct is also inaccurate; any negative behavior was in response to being insulted. I kindly request the reinstatement of my account as I have invested a significant amount of money into it. I did not spend that money on Roblox just for it to go to waste. I am prepared to face consequences for my actions, but losing access to my account and the funds spent on it feels unfair. I am not seeking a refund, just the restoration of my account. I made a mistake that has become quite frustrating. While browsing my chat page, an unknown friend asked me to play a game. Upon completing the game, I was promised [redacted] robux if I entered my username and password. Unfortunately, I fell for this and later discovered unauthorized activity on my account – the friend was using my account to urge others to play the same game. After a month of not playing, I realized I was logged out and couldn't access my account despite numerous attempts with various password combinations. I eventually discovered that my password had been changed. I tried resetting it, but even my email was unresponsive. Feeling puzzled, I created a new account but still wish to regain access to my old one, with the username ESHDOG6789. I hope for a resolution soon.

Dear Roblox Team, I am a huge fan of Roblox, introduced to it by my brother. My username is cehpeachpie, and I enjoy playing games like Super Villain Tycoon. Unfortunately, during a recent game session, another player continuously harassed me by stealing my weapons and killing my character despite my pleas for them to stop. After reporting the player and receiving inappropriate remarks in response, I expressed my frustration. I was surprised to find a warning on my account the next day for my defensive comments. I believe it's unfair that I was penalized for defending myself while the other player's actions went unchecked. I kindly request a review of the chat logs to address the player who targeted me as Dr. Doom and reconsider any actions taken against my account. I have encountered similar inappropriate behavior in other Roblox games but have not seen any consequences for those players. Please correct this oversight and reinstate my account accordingly. Hello, I am micle456 on Roblox. I have created some games using Roblox Studio. Recently, when joining one of my games, I discovered it had been changed to the "Starting Place" template without any notification. This happened on November 25th, [redacted]. I am unsure why my game was reset to this template. Although my game had a WWII theme which may have sensitive content, I would appreciate being informed before any changes are made. It would be helpful to receive a message like, "Your game contains sensitive material, please make necessary adjustments." This way, creators like me can be aware and act accordingly to preserve our creations.

I was trying to log back into my account, Mrskullan. I entered my username, Mrskullan, and my password, but I forgot the password. After trying again, I couldn't access my old account, so I created a new one, Evilskullan. Now, I no longer want to use the new account and would like to go back to my old account, Mrskullan. My Roblox account "Zachdt1" is typically logged in automatically, but today it was not and I am unable to access it using any of my passwords or email addresses. I have made numerous purchases over the years and would appreciate any assistance you can offer to help me regain access to my account. I was hacked on November 26th, [redacted]. I was unexpectedly kicked from the server and found out I was playing on a different one. Confused as I never shared my password, I asked my friend Jamie to investigate since I couldn't access my own account. The hacker, claiming to be Alexa with a dog named Rux, no siblings, and loving yellow, vandalized my Bloxburg house. They changed signs, spent my money and bloxbucks, and defaced pictures with "Hacked," "Alexa," and "$R." I seek help to track them down and restore my account. There must be something Roblox can do to address this issue. It seems inappropriate for an adult to exploit or deceive a child on the platform. I'm shocked that this has occurred, especially since my son enjoys using Roblox. He likes purchasing add-ons, and he was looking forward to getting more for Christmas. I support his interest in these items as they bring him joy. However, he is now devastated because the Robux he recently added were a birthday gift. He is only eight years old. If this issue is not resolved promptly, he will stop using the app, and my other child will do the same. I would be very disappointed if Roblox cannot resolve this situation. My children are big fans of your app, so I hope you can address this matter. Thank you.

Hello ROBLOX Support, I am reaching out on behalf of my friend, RapidDant, who has recently had his account compromised by a user named paldakidbuck. It seems that this individual tricked RapidDant into giving away his password under the false pretense of providing free Builders’ Club membership. Unfortunately, once the password was shared, paldakidbuck swiftly changed the login credentials, locking RapidDant out of his own account. Both my friend and I are concerned about the possible misuse of the account by the hacker. We are kindly requesting your assistance in recovering RapidDant's account, as it holds great significance to him, being the one who introduced me to this platform.
