While playing Trade Hangout, someone asked me to friend them for a good trading deal. I was hesitant when they requested my password, even though they claimed it was for Robux. I eventually gave in, and now, my account password has been changed from Albert1313. The username on the account was wolverine52albert99; however, it seems they added their email or phone number. I am unable to reset the password as I didn't link an email to the account. Please allow me to reset my password, add an email to the account, and choose which devices to link it to. I also request the ban of 4blosser4 and goodR123, as goodR123 has taken control of 4blosser4's account in a similar manner to mine. I understand this may be challenging but believe you have the capability to resolve this. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My account on Roblox is WickedRCgirl, and I'm unhappy with a recent purchase in the game Roblox High School. I accidentally bought 3 furniture starter packs, and although the game said it would refund me in 3 days, it's been 2 years and I haven't received it. I would like my Robux back as my mom paid for them, and it's a significant amount for us. I can provide a picture as proof if needed; I'm not trying to scam for free Robux. I just want a refund. I recently added funds to my daughter's Roblox account for $4.95 using my own card, and later received an email notifying me of an additional charge of $9.95 (Transaction Number: [redacted]06). I am puzzled by this charge as I only authorized the $4.95 payment. I have experienced unauthorized charges in the past, even on closed accounts, which leads me to believe that your company might be responsible for these unauthorized transactions. I need assistance with a very strange issue that I've been experiencing. After purchasing BC recently, I have been facing a problem with the Roblox app. For the past two days, I have been unable to scroll through games or change my clothes within the app. The app appears to be frozen, with only the messaging and log out options working while nothing else responds. I tried logging into another account, uninstalling/reinstalling the app multiple times, rebooting my phone, and even testing on a different phone, but the issue persists. The app works fine on Google Chrome, but I am unable to play games or customize my avatar without the app functioning properly. I'm extremely worried because I just invested in BC, and I spend a significant amount of time on this platform. A friend tested my account and it worked for her, adding to my confusion. I have purchased all the game passes for Pet Simulator, and the owner continuously changes the availability of pets with each update, making it impossible to obtain super rares. Good morning, My daughter is a big fan of Roblox, and last night she was unexpectedly logged out by the system. We are facing difficulty logging her back in even though we are using the correct password. The account has my credit card linked to it, and I recently purchased a 3-month builders club membership for her. Unfortunately, we are unable to reset the password because my eldest daughter set up the account and cannot remember the associated email. Her username is boodog1230. Could you please assist in changing the email associated with the account to either my email address or phone number for us to reset the password and regain access? However, my friends informed me that recent updates from Roblox have resulted in some players being banned or losing their accounts without reason. Username:xXxqweensashaxXx I witnessed inappropriate behavior involving pretending to be kidnapped and using profanity. The individual claimed to be in distress and being choked. When advised to call [redacted] for help, they made false statements and resorted to name-calling, prompting me to document the conversation. Due to the severity of the situation being misrepresented, I felt it necessary to report the incident.

A while back, I purchased a black shirt and black pants in the game. Unexpectedly, both items disappeared from my inventory. I don't want to spend extra money on the game. I had these items equipped recently, but today they are missing and unavailable for use. Kindly resolve this by crediting me with 10 Robux so I can repurchase the missing shirt and pants.

I asked someone I knew to claim it and transfer the existing funds to my RoyalGevurat account. Unfortunately, she took [redacted] robux without my permission before giving me the rest. Earlier this morning, while live streaming on Youtube, my account seems to have been either hacked or compromised. In the video, you can observe that I had 47k robux and [redacted] group funds, intending to host a giveaway. Unfortunately, I got logged out and couldn't get back in. Upon checking my backup account, I discovered that all members in my group, "Bloxia Airlines | Travel Safer," had been demoted. I have reached out to customer service via email but the situation is causing me a lot of anxiety, especially with 47k robux at stake. You can view the livestream here: [redacted]. I recently fell victim to a deceptive trade on the platform. The individual, under the username PikaTrades, convinced me to swap my supa dupa fly cap and bucket of sea for catching snowflake, sinister branch, and panda knit, claiming it was a donation. Believing I was only offering the cap, I inadvertently included the bucket of sea. Upon realizing the error, I asked for my items back, but received different ones instead. Despite the offer to rectify the mistake, the replacement items were of inferior quality. I declined the exchange. Hello, I am Kailan Reilly. I use the username XxEDDGAMER2xX2 on Roblox. I have been playing for many years, but recently a player named AGOGG has accessed my password and changed my language to Spanish. I am unable to change my language or password because it prompts for a pin linked to my account that I do not know. I am at a loss for what to do. I have sent emails and reported the user. In-game, AGOGG repeatedly kicks me out when I try to join. I request Roblox's assistance in allowing me to change my password and addressing AGOGG's actions. I previously reported that my cousin hacked into my account. Even after I asked her to stop, she denies it and still gained access to one of my accounts. She falsely claimed that I promised her prizes. On a different account now, we had a disagreement where she followed me against my will. I woke up to a text from Roblox saying my cousin's account was hacked and mentioned a verification code I didn't request. She blames our other cousin for this. She has spent over $[redacted] of my money on the game without permission. I have reported this issue multiple times.
