At the codes to the correct account but, this one time in particular of all the times we've done this, the wrong account was logged in to by pure mistake ... The youngest and most immature account was logged into our PC after purchasing to Roblox blind bags that come with two codes for free items that are placed on to this immature account instead of the account that we've actually spent hundreds of dollars on.. being the correct and more mature account. We often buy these blind bags for the codes and we now need those items transferred to the correct account. Otherwise we're going to keep them and return the items and just get new codes and exchanged product for free. We would rather not have to go to a place that accepts returns under every circumstance even scratched off already redeemed codes.
It's impossible to get somebody on the phone when I am severely technology-challenged unlike my children and the rest of my family. It's frustrating because the purchase was made, the codes came with it, the codes always work and did this time as well, I can't get even five minutes of anyone's time to just transfer these items to the correct account.
As I said it multiple times how I want this resolved is to have the items that were bought transferred to the correct account there are two Roblox accounts on the PC and the wrong one was logged in when the codes were redeemed.
What kind of question is why your good customer? Isn't anybody who plays your games and buys your products and answers all these questions just to try and get a situation figured out a good customer????????? I also purchased a Roblox hoodie with these blind bags and codes. Seriously what kind of question is this???
I've been working on this for over a solid hour so yes I've tried many different things to fix this. Why is there a green check mark next to the word fixed at the bottom of this page???* So far **** something people have had similar issues. So , in FAQ... Put the resolution!!!!!!
