If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Hola soy leslie estaba jugando con uno amigo en un obby cuando empez* a pasar cosas raras y me sac* la aplicasion y cuando intente entrar me apareci* que ten*a que iniciar sesi*n otra vez ....pero no me dejaba Accesar normal como lo hac*a antes me ped*a mi contrase*a y como no la recuerdo NO me dejaba accesar creo que me hackearon mi cuenta ....me podr*an ayudar a recuperarla por favor Mil Gracias .
