Today, I discovered that the Roblox group I'm part of was hacked. The hackers gave Robux to several group members and turned the group into a store for another website. The original group owner was hacked, and he mentioned being locked out of his account. It's a concerning situation, and we are hoping to restore things back to normal. I received a friend request from someone who claimed to work for an admin at Roblox. I was feeling vulnerable after a panic attack and had to verify my account ownership. After that, I was mysteriously logged out, and a trade was made without my consent. My Subarctic Commando and Super Super Happy Face were taken, and a Silver King of the Night was purchased with the 11,[redacted] Robux I had, leaving me with some small items and 1,[redacted] Robux. I've invested significant time and money into Roblox, and I'm eager to have my items returned. I would like this resolved by having my items restored. I spend a lot of time and money on this platform, and getting my items back would mean a lot to me.

This morning, I discovered that my 8-year-old daughter received a warning in her account for alleged profanity use around 1 a.m. on the 16th. However, she was asleep at that time. I have addressed this with her, explained the situation, and had her agree to using non-harassing language. I am concerned about the accuracy of the accusations and would like to request a copy of the messages exchanged to verify if my daughter was indeed involved in inappropriate communication. I did not create an account, and nobody should have access unless it's been compromised. Which passwords should I update to secure my system? Despite changing them, unauthorized access continues. My account has been banned due to unauthorized charges and inappropriate behavior. I haven't accessed this account in two weeks, so I'm confused why my main account was deleted/banned. I maintain two other accounts for roleplay and videos occasionally. It's disappointing that Roblox didn't contact me beforehand to explain the situation. I am now unsure if the Robux I purchased will be refunded. These are funds I used to buy Robux. I have a friend who is a developer, so I have no reason to violate Roblox's rules. It would be helpful if Roblox could contact me so we could discuss this situation, possibly restoring my account. I will promptly change my password as I suspect my account may have been hacked.

I unknowingly spent three hundred Robux on a penguin body that I did not intend to purchase. My family members do not have access to my account, so I am concerned about how this happened. Similarly, I also had one hundred twenty-five Robux spent on a spring bunny face without my authorization. I have never requested a refund for a similar issue before. I would appreciate guidance on resolving this matter, preventing future unauthorized purchases, and receiving a refund. I have questions, thoughts, and complaints. Let me express my concerns about Roblox. Why were TIX removed? It seems oversimplifying the game. TIX offered an opportunity for those unable to afford Robux to contribute to the community. Now, with only Robux, those with financial means dominate the game. I also question the effectiveness of the banning system. Has there been an improvement? Previously, reports were often ignored, but recently, I have noticed more players being banned. How efficient is the reporting process for hackers? Can a simple report accurately identify cheaters? What are the consequences for exploiters? Are there any upcoming changes or plans for a new in-game currency system? The platform now faces more mature content and inappropriate behavior, making it difficult for younger players to enjoy the game. Is the current censoring system the most effective solution? Perhaps reviewing chat logs and punishing offenders directly could be a better approach. These are my concerns regarding the evolving state of Roblox.

While playing Roblox on my phone, I purchased the $10 pack of [redacted] Robux to buy in-game items. Later, I realized the prices were different when accessing the game on my computer. The item I bought for [redacted] Robux on my phone was priced at [redacted] on my computer. I am now left with [redacted] Robux and am inquiring if it is feasible to receive a refund for the [redacted] Robux price disparity, as I predominantly used my phone for gameplay due to the unavailability of my computer. The other item priced at [redacted] Robux on both platforms is not an issue; my concern lies with the [redacted] Robux difference in prices between phone and computer purchases.

Hello, I am James, also known as Awesomeguy4513 on Roblox. Recently, a concerning incident occurred involving a trade influenced by another user, HunterCS3. This user, who I also know in real life as dieslowly, made promised trades on my behalf due to a hacker gaining access to my account. Despite having good intentions, the hacker tricked both me and my friend. Unfortunately, valuable items including Dark Chocolate Top hat, One Star General's Beret, Black Iron WarHelm of Pwnage, Golden Specttofocals, Noob Attack Luchador, 3 Golden Crown, Kuddle E. Koala, Playful Vampire, Country Morning, and Catching Snowflakes were taken. The hacker even threatened and deleted items. I have noticed a recurring issue with my Roblox account where my Robux continually decreases. For instance, if I have five hundred Robux, it will drop to four hundred, and even if I reach three hundred, it goes down to two hundred. It seems that once I have over a hundred Robux, it stops growing and starts decreasing again the next day. This is not due to any hacking or transactions on my part. It appears to be a glitch that is hindering me from accumulating enough Robux to make purchases within the game. I am requesting assistance from the HQ or the admins to investigate this matter, identify the root cause of the problem, and reach out to me with a solution. A refresh of my account or guidance on what might be causing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I'm experiencing an issue with the in-game sound on Roblox. I have tried numerous troubleshooting steps to resolve it without success. The sound works fine on other platforms like YouTube and Spotify, but not on Roblox. I recently purchased a stereo game pass in "Welcome To Bloxburg" and now I can't enjoy it due to the sound problem. Additionally, I can't play Murder Mystery 2 effectively because I can't hear important cues in the game. I have checked my speakers, volume settings, restarted my laptop, and adjusted the sound panel settings, but nothing has worked so far. It's frustrating to play games without sound, especially after spending Robux on the game pass. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I've encountered an issue that many others seem to be facing as well, yet I couldn't determine the cause until now. It appears that if a group lacks a symbol or space, the catalog malfunctions. I believe you are aware of this situation. Recently, amidst this problem, I created a group, and I find it unfair that ROBLOX does not alert users to this issue before group creation, especially when one has already designed numerous clothing items. I am aware that group names can be altered, as I have seen it done in the past. I kindly request the addition of a 'TM' symbol at the end of my group's name to restore proper functionality to my catalog. I believe this is a simple request considering past issues like the copyright infringement incident from [redacted] that might have been challenging to resolve.

My 10-year-old daughter made unauthorized charges in August [redacted] for $[redacted] and in September [redacted] for $[redacted] before I could stop her. I don't know her charges for June and July because I work out of town. I tried to access her account, but couldn't as she's under 13 and my card is the only one linked. I demand a full refund of August and September. The emails notifying me of the charges come very early in the morning and often get filtered. I recently noticed a charge on Oct 11th for $44.90 on my PayPal account ending in x-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I am unable to access his account due to the distance between us. While playing Bakers' Valley on Roblox earlier today, I encountered two players who were trespassing on my property, entering my house, and taking my vehicle without permission. When I asked them to stop, one remained silent, and the other defiantly refused. Despite my use of all capitals to convey my frustration, I believe it's important to respect other players' requests in the game. I suspect that other players may have faced similar situations, whether with the same individuals or others. Introducing features like a blocking or kicking option, similar to those in Welcome to Bloxburg, could help address these issues. Additionally, implementing a locking mechanism for cars, similar to Jailbreak, where only the driver can unlock, would enhance gameplay. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide feedback via email on the feasibility of incorporating these changes into Bakers' Valley. Best regards, T. M.
