My Roblox account was hacked, and it's the second time this has happened. The first account, Dark_slayer01, was compromised when someone asked for my password promising Robux. Inexperienced, I shared it, and my account was taken. The second account, Dark_slayer956, was lost when I foolishly gave away my password again, hoping for Robux. This time, the person claimed to have access to a credit card. Feeling frustrated, I created a new account, Dark_slayer965. I'm tired of being called a noob and just want to enjoy the game without harassment. It would be appreciated if I could receive some Robux and join a group to assist other players. My Roblox username is Dark_slayer965, and if possible, becoming an admin would be fantastic. Thank you.

My friend mentioned a surprise of 1 million Robux. I initially doubted it but inquired if it was a prank, to which she denied. When I asked how she would provide it without Builders Club, she seemed unsure. Later, she asked for my password, which felt suspicious, but trusting her, I shared it. Subsequently, I couldn't access my account. Another friend texted the hacker pretending not to know about my situation. The hacker masqueraded as me, agreeing to play. When confronted about hacking me, they confessed wanting a better account. As a result, my account got hacked.

I am seeking assistance regarding my best friend's hacked account, gamerboy2185. He is now using a different account, DeathisDed, but is unhappy as most of his progress was on gamerboy2185. We are unsure of how the hacking occurred. Any help to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated. My username is ScaryCharles14, and his temporary account is DeathisDed. He mentioned he tried resetting the password using his mother's email, but the new password never seems to work. Your help in recovering the account or resetting the password would mean a lot to us. Hello, I'm Viktoria, also known as masterviki on Roblox. During a game, I was targeted by a user named angel_ortiz1 who used me for a YouTube video without my consent. They falsely accused me of being racist and said hurtful things, causing me great distress and anxiety. I defended myself, but they continued to spread lies and turn others against me. I kindly request the suspension or appropriate action against this user for cyberbullying. Thank you for your attention and any assistance you can provide in this matter.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my son Giovanni Pedemonte's account, which is under the username "jfghghfh." Unfortunately, on Thursday, his account was hacked, and we believe it was stolen. My other son Giorgio, who goes by the username "robinhoodrpm7," was in contact with the hacker to plea for the return of his brother's account. We have screenshots of this conversation. The hacker, who goes by the username "coolkid401233," demanded Giorgio's password in exchange for Giovanni's account. I attempted to reset the password using my email address (Maria21072gmail.com). However, the reset only displayed Giorgio's account information, and I was unable to proceed. I have contacted Roblox for assistance but have only been able to leave a message and have not received a response yet.

Someone named Richplayer#[redacted] offered to purchase my rare "corrupt" knife in Murder Mystery 2 for [redacted] robux. He claimed to have bought my T-shirt from my group twice, but I couldn't see any funds in the group. He explained that this might be because he wasn't in the group when he made the purchases. I took the time to research whether being in the group was necessary for robux transfers, and I learned that it wasn't required based on the information I found here: [redacted]. This leaves me wondering if Roblox is experiencing delays or if he was attempting to obtain my item without payment. This email is not my primary contact for Roblox.

I was deceived by someone who suggested a quick account switch. Despite being hesitant, I eventually agreed and gave my password. Unfortunately, the person took over my account, changed the password, and now I'm left without access. My Roblox username is Sunset_Beach68, and I had valuable Robux in that account. I'm seeking assistance in retrieving my account with the password UNICORNSAREAMAZING, and if possible, I would appreciate any additional Robux. The current account holder, iiiKela, should be removed to prevent further deceitful actions. Your help is greatly appreciated.

One day, I discovered that my account had been hacked, and the password was changed. Luckily, I managed to regain access, but later found the password was continually incorrect. Oddly, a friend named El_Vasquxx was online that day, and I suspect their involvement, especially since they have other accounts like Bortecs and XDatDogeDoeX. I'm concerned he might have been involved as he has previously hacked other accounts. I recommend investigating and potentially banning these accounts. Hello, my Roblox username is hanan[redacted]3. I bought Robux and created 2 shirts to sell. When a user creates a clothing set, the clothing is added to their avatar. I removed it from my avatar to set a price and sell it. I deleted it to repurchase it, but the Robux balance didn't transfer to my group. This happened with another shirt, and I got scammed. I have secured my account, but this issue is with your company, Roblox. Please, I beg of you from the bottom of my heart, return my [redacted] Robux. I swear by God, the most sacred thing in my life. I owe money to my friend who lent me money for a Roblox card, and I was going to give him Robux from my group. He is very upset with me. I have contacted your customer care team previously regarding my issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance. My daughter mistakenly purchased Robux on her Roblox account, and the £4.59 charge was debited from my bank account without my authorization on August 6, [redacted], at 07:29:33. The order number for this transaction is GPA.3[redacted]-7[redacted]4. The card used belongs to Mrs. Casey Dumpleton, and it ends in [redacted]. The Roblox account username is Awesomefuzzypugs. I kindly request that the refunded amount be credited back to the card used for the purchase. I have previously reached out via email without a resolution to this matter.

Hello! I hope you're doing well. I don't have an issue, just a question about how to contact an admin on the site. I'm curious if the festive Valkyrie will ever become limited. I remember items from the same event becoming limited in the past, and I would love to know if this will happen with the festive Valkyrie. It's a favorite item of mine that I had on a previous account from [redacted] (I've forgotten the login details). If it becomes limited, I definitely want to purchase it. My goal is to collect all the Valkyries, and I regret losing access to this one. If it won't become limited, I have a suggestion for future events like an autumn or Halloween Valkyrie. I recently returned home from the hospital after breaking my right leg during a football game. Upon trying to log into my Roblox account, Chocolatethuder10, I discovered that my password had been changed. After regaining access to my email linked to the account, [redacted], I found that the email had been switched to [redacted] Despite changing the password and recovering my email, the perpetrator managed to infiltrate both my Roblox and Gmail accounts. I suspect it might be someone close to me as they were able to change everything, even though my PIN is [redacted]. I urgently need assistance as Roblox has been a significant part of my life for nearly 2 years, and losing access due to a breach of trust is devastating. I believe my account was terminated. I entered the correct username and password, but it kept saying "Incorrect password or username." This is frustrating because I know I entered the right credentials. I received a 3-day ban, but I am unable to log in now. I would like to request a refund. When I checked my user list on another account, I only saw my alternate accounts and someone else's. My previous experience was great until this issue arose. It's been upsetting for me. My account, havesberr, was hacked by a user named djangelo14cool back in [redacted]. I had around [redacted] robux on that account due to a gift card I received for Roblox. When I tried to find the hacker on my friend's list, the profile showed as non-existent. After searching online, I came across images of the hacker and my hacked account, alongside another user called chazmee who joined in [redacted]. Upon further investigation, it seems there are more users associated with this hack. I just want my [redacted] robux returned. My current Roblox account is havessberrr, as I can no longer access havesberr.

On August 10, [redacted], my grandson was playing ROBLOX on his computer when I purchased additional car options for him using Paypal. After clearing his browsing history, he lost his password and username. We tried creating a new account, but the purchased items were missing. We have receipts for the $30.00 spent and did not set up an email for him. He is upset about losing everything in the game. Hello everyone, good day. While I was playing MeepCity, my account got hacked. I was unable to log in as it kept saying "wrong password, try again" but even though I tried again, it kept showing incorrect. Today, while playing at home, I got disconnected again. I am not sure if the password is incorrect. I might have been typing it wrong, but despite checking, it still says incorrect. I tried changing the password, but now I can't remember it. This is the fourth time my grandson's accounts have been hacked. Most recently, he lost $30 we gave him, which was used before his Roblox account with his OBC was compromised. We have spent over $[redacted] to enhance his experience on the site. I am requesting his Roblox account to be restored with his OBC and Robux. Improved security measures are necessary to safeguard paying users. Technology should allow tracing and prosecuting hackers. On Roblox, my grandson's names were "gameupfoxy" and "imfoxy123y," now he uses "ggft777." Please restore his lost items on "ggft777." He was disheartened, prompting me to reach out.
