Im trying to deal with you via email but I am getting so frustrated. I am not trying to hack my granddaughters account nor do I want in it. I purchased a gift certificate at Kroger's. I have the receipt and I have had * emails between your company and myself. I have sent numerous screenshots of my many Amazon purchases for Robuxs (sp) which she constantly bugs me for. I've honestly about had it. All I wanted to do is surprise her the other day and give her a $** gift card and it's turned into madness because we can't figure out her password. She is currently logged on and didn't put my email on her account. We can't put a recovery email on because you have to know the password....same with a phone number. I have sent pictures of the gift card, where she joined, all the times I spent money through Amazon etc....Why does this have to be so hard. Why can't she just get the money on her account? You admit you see her screen name and acct? I understand security but I don't want in her account just her to have the money. The screen name is horselover****. Now you want a specific date from Amazon wth? My current mortgage loan isn't asking this many questions. I only wanted to give my granddaughter $** gift card. Please be helpful and I thank you in advance.
