If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Lately my account has been hacked. * days ago around **:** Pm I got an automatic email saying: * step has been deactivated on your account etc, but I didn't do that, so I tried logging in and my password wouldn't work a few times, so I tried every password I possibly knew and I couldn't log in. I have emailed you already and I got an email back saying I can do password reset. I tried that, but when I fill in my email I exactly had on my Roblox account my Roblox account doesn't show up. The hacker has also changed the email and I can do nothing. I hope you guys can get it back for me.
