If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I keep getting hacked. Stuff from my inventory has been removed. Since I am on XBox I cannot get proof of me owning those items. But I am telling the absolute truth. Me and my friend keeps getting signed off, my friends have been removed, some blocked. And somehow the hackers have gotten past *-step. My pin has been removed as well and I change my password every morning for this to not happen. Along with my avatar being changed. I have had *** outfits and those have all been deleted. I was hoping you guys could use an IP address hack or something for this account: DarkAngelHeart****. I live in Port Colborne Onario. If there are other IP addresses using this please ban them from using my account. Other than one in Simsbury, Connecticut. USA. and Tallehasse, Florida, USA. those * places I have * extremely close friends who I trust with my account. But I've gotten emails for a code from Alberta.
