I bought points for grandchild but I placed them in the wrong user i.d.(skystorm***)but it was supposed to go to user i.d. sashabanks**** ... I was trying surprise my grandchild with more points .unfortunately I placed them in the wrong account (skystorm***) .it was supposed to have gone to user i.d.( SASHABANKS ****) .my transaction * is ********* for the amount of *** points for $*.**. This is frustrating do ti the fact that the points ate already paid for and my grandchild can't use them..transaction **********..email address is *****@***.com
They could make this right by honoring my request .I dont want a refund I just want the points to be transfer to the right user.
