Little brother gave away his password for free Robux

Help with my ROBLOX issue
The issue in GetHuman-lsmadir's own words
My little brother, being the naive young child he is, gave his password to his "friend" with the intention of getting free Robux. The friend, with the password, accessed the account and changed the password plus the email associated with that account. Changing that email destroyed all chances of me getting that account back. I know that he gave his password out, but can you still help?
GetHuman-lsmadir did not yet indicate what ROBLOX should do to make this right.
