So, I accidentally made a mistake to think that there was some unauthorized charges on my payment. But it was actually my brother who wants to buy more robux, and I actually gave him permission to buy some. So, when I told ROBLOX about the unauthorized charges, they immediately close my brother’s account. It’s been a year and a half and I’m still trying to get it back.
I trust that ROBLOX will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
