If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Log in. ... I lost my account a few days ago. When I lost it, the two step verification was turned of while I was sleeping. I woke up and did everything I normally do, go downstairs for a while and then get ready for work. When I was almost ready I had about an hour left, so I wanted to get on ROBLOX and play a game. I got on my laptop, and saw I was logged out. I try logging in, didn't work. I try doing the password reset with my email, but my email was changed. I try contacting ROBLOX support and I've done this * times over the course of Wednesday, to now. Each one told me I needed my first email I ever linked onto my account. The first one they sent was my mom's old college email, which all those emails are forwarded to her yahoo email, being she no longer can access it. The fourth time I try it, it tells me the same issue, then gives me an email no one in my family has heard of or would have access to. I need my account back, the username is Arktiik. I have my card linked to renew BC and the person or whatever is going on probably already knows that information too (I currently have no money on it for anything to be spent). Considering they got past my two step verification, PIN number and knew my password. I never even got a verification code on my email, and it was removed like I said earlier. My account hasn't been online or changed since I was logged out, which I have no clue if I changed my password and just forgot or something. It's all just confusing, and the email I originally had it linked to was *****@***.com, which is what I'll be giving for an email back.
I don't know how this can happen.
