The purchase was made today Monday, June *, ****. I'm sure you can see it on the account. I would like you to load the *** robux on the account, and possibly a comp for the inconveniences. My son is a DEDICATED user, and you have disappointed him TREMENDOUSLY. Maybe you could double, or triple it for him.
