Try emailing email@example.com from the email address attached to your ROBLOX account. This is their most responsive channel.

My son has used my bank card to purchase goods from your site totalling $***.**. these transactions are from the *nd-*th of June ****. i realise he may have already used some of his purchases and I am disappointed also you have allowed this to happen. Are you able to refund any amount at all or do i need to take this matter further? i hope not, and i hope you will understand my son has spent my Rent money that is due tomorrow. I know it will take longer than tomorrow and that's fine but i do need to make up my rent. Please consider some kind of refund of somewhat, that would be very much appreciated.
