Change my avatar with the robux I purchased. But I don't have the items that I bought. ... I purchased **** robux for my son. He picked several items for his avatar and although they took the money for the purchase they didn't give him the items for his avatar. My email address is *****@***.com and his name on the game is ntruder*.
I am very frustrated with this company because I have an issue whenever I try and make a purchase. I don't want to spend my time going thru this everytime my son wants robux. I don't know if I will make another purchase after this, because it's too much trouble.
Giving my son the items he picked. There was no problem taking my money off my card but he doesn't have anything he picked for his avatar. They took his robux and didn't give him the items.
I am a good customer because I make these purchases for my son and I am one of the many people who keep this company in business but I don't want to deal with these issues all the time.
