My account was hacked and items were stolen. Previous customer support representatives have said my account was not compromised despite it being so. I want to discuss the matter over the phone.
Roblox thinks the account has not been compromised, probably because no attempt was made to change the password or e-mail. However, there were other malicious things done with the account that do indicate it was compromised.
I want to have my items and Robux restored, or at the very least receive compensation in Robux to the value of what was lost.
I have played Roblox for ten years.
I have opened several tickets and left several messages at the phone line.
I have an issue with ROBLOX too
