My daughter's account "animegracie29" has been hacked multiple times, and we have not received any assistance in recovering the stolen items. Today, we received an email from "[redacted]" indicating that "[redacted]" had taken control of my daughter's account. Gracie managed to regain access and change the account back. It's concerning that unauthorized access is happening without the knowledge of the account password or email. As a parent, it's frustrating to see kids stealing from each other in what should be a fun and safe game environment for girls to interact. Gracie had $65 worth of robux in her account that we are now worried about. "Unicorn_Haleyy12" has already gained [redacted] robux. My son's account was compromised while transferring limited items between two of his accounts. The hacker changed the password, locking him out of the bobkool account. Key details are: - bobkool: username - DoubleA1234: previous password - [redacted]: last 4 digits of the credit card for Builders Club, under David M. Ristenpart Items were moved from DemonicBerb to booboo accounts: - DemonicBerb: username - TrippleC1234: password Over [redacted],[redacted] RAP worth of items were taken from bobkool account on 4/28/18. Retrieving access to bobkool account with the limited items is crucial as it includes Builders Club tied to my credit card. It took my son over 2 years and $[redacted] to build this collection. I am a minor and someone accessed my account without my consent. I have noticed unfamiliar groups, games, and purchases on my account. I can provide details about my recent Robux transactions to verify these unauthorized activities. Initially, I purchased Robux and spent some on a hat, leaving me with [redacted] Robux. Then, I upgraded to Builders Club to create a group. Shortly after, my Robux disappeared, and I did not join certain groups. I suspect besteverbshp or SantaR0bux as the hackers. SantaR0bux is linked to a free Robux game that I supposedly played. I request assistance in making my account more secure and retrieving my [redacted] Robux. My username is redfirerocket, and I have been a member since [redacted], enjoying tycoon, survival, roleplay, and horror games.

I recently purchased a ROBLOX gift card for my nephew, but it did not give him the Robux it was supposed to. Despite trying to redeem it on both mobile and PC, his account showed a zero balance. This left him feeling disappointed as he received no money in the game. The username associated with the account is partfoxgirl84, and I loaded $10 onto the card. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly as I feel I have wasted money on this non-functioning merchandise. One day, my Roblox account wouldn't let me sign in even though I used the right password. I tried using my parents' email to reset my password, but it didn't work, most likely because I didn't verify their email for my account. Concerned that my account was hacked, I created a new one. Upon checking, I found no one online under my Roblox name. After attempting to reset my password again, I received a notification that it was sent. However, when I checked the email sent to my parents' phone, it referenced the new account name, "Kamehamehax10x10," not the original account name, "Aboootz." Now I am confused and would like assistance to fix my account. The password for the new account "Kamehamehax10x10" is "thethethe." The original account I want to reset is "Aboootz" with the password "the12345." Thank you.

I encountered an issue while trying to access my Roblox account, piggies20000. I believed I would receive free Robux by following the instructions from a game, which required me to input my password. After receiving an incorrect password message, I attempted to change it, only to discover that my original password was correct. Despite this, when I tried to log in on Saturday, May 12th, [redacted], I was logged out. Both my old and new passwords did not work, even when attempting to reset using my email and phone number. Rebuilding my account is not appealing because of my previous investments in Robux. I am hopeful for a resolution to this matter, or ideally, a compensation of 50,[redacted] Robux. My account avatar should feature a purple unicorn horn adorned with flowers.

I was browsing through the catalog on Google, not the app, when I came across an ad for a map that claimed to give free robux. I entered the parkour map and was directed to a page where I had to input my account details to receive thousands of robux. The page seemed legitimate as it displayed the Roblox logo and certification symbols. However, after providing my information, I was locked out of my account. When I tried to reset my password via Gmail, it said my email didn't exist. I'm upset because I had invested real money in the game, around $[redacted] Mexican pesos for robux and accessories. Please, help me. I hope to get my money back or regain access to my account.

Hello, I am writing to request a review of my ROBLOX account under the username Shenpai, which was recently terminated. I acknowledge the actions that led to the termination but believe there may have been a misunderstanding. Initially, I purchased a Builders Club membership using my mother's credit card, assuming it was a one-time purchase. I was unaware of the automatic monthly charges and only realized this when my mom saw the repeated charges. She contacted ROBLOX to cancel the monthly membership. The following day, I discovered my account was terminated. I assure you that I did not intentionally violate any of ROBLOX's rules and regulations. A few days ago, I mistakenly uploaded the wrong image which led to my account being banned. I intended to upload a logo for a game, not realizing my error until after the upload. I received no prior warning before being banned, and when attempting to appeal, I only receive automated responses confirming the ban. I would appreciate the chance to explain the situation to a person rather than a machine. I value my account and the time invested in it, and breaking the rules was never my intention. The punishment seems overly severe for a simple mistake, and I am eager to regain access to my account.

It's not about me, but about people in the UAE. I feel bad for them because the UAE has banned Roblox. The person who banned it probably didn't set the facts right to avoid strangers getting in. There are settings for that. I hope Roblox can unlock it. Everybody should have the right to play. Banning Roblox is not right, especially when live streamers in the UAE are affected. There seems to be a problem with why it was banned for being inappropriate. Your company filters inappropriate content, so I need Roblox and the team to unban it for the UAE and restore their access. I trust Roblox and its amazing team.

I attempted to create a group for my friends and me. I navigated to the groups section where it displayed all my joined groups. I clicked on the green "Create" box, but it didn't respond. Despite having over [redacted] Robux (more than the required [redacted]), the option didn't work for me. Oddly, when I tried on my sister's account with insufficient Robux, she could create a group without the faded box issue. I sought help from Roblox support on creating a group, followed the steps mentioned, but clicking the "Create" box resulted in no action. I am concerned about this issue affecting others. My 8-year-old grandson has been enjoying playing Bloxxed Hotels, where he purchased the supervisor position for [redacted] robux. Despite buying a higher position for [redacted] robux, he was blacklisted and couldn't access it. The developer could only refund [redacted] robux and stated game passes were removed. My grandson would like the Service Manager position or a [redacted] robux refund. He loves Roblox and plays daily. His gamer tag is ItsCloud_y. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding my daughter's account. It would have been more helpful if you had reached out to me via email to discuss any issues with the charges she made during her birthday weekend. I kindly ask for your assistance in restoring her account promptly. She has dedicated years of hard work into it, and it would mean a lot to her to have it back without further denials or delays. I had permitted her to make those purchases, and it's disappointing that I was not notified before the account was deleted. I encountered an issue with my Roblox account when I asked my dad to change the password due to a hacking attempt by my cousin. After changing it, I somehow recall setting the password to "Yankees." On another occasion, I requested my dad to add $1 to each of my cousins while we were playing, assuming we would return to my account. However, despite creating a new account days later, I am still puzzled by the situation. I believe as a company, you should take action because the current account is incorrect, and I should regain access to my original account. Please provide me with feedback, change the password, and help me recover my account. I am seeking resolution as I have been attempting to resolve this matter for a year with no success. My son's Roblox account was hacked last Saturday around noon. Despite contacting Roblox support and providing all the purchase information from Best Buy since the gift cards were used to top up the account, they are requesting a pin number from a gift card. We do not have physical cards anymore as they were already used and discarded after activation online. Despite our efforts, Roblox's customer service has not reinstated my son's account and is insisting on this pin number, which we don't possess. We do not have any debit or credit card information saved on the account. It's frustrating to deal with this situation as we have tried to be cooperative to resolve the issue promptly.
