Installation today. Cable is up and running, but I don’t have internet service. Person who installed it insisted it was the router, however as I’m troubleshooting it (he has left) I discovered that when I connect my computer directly to the modem, I still do not have internet, so I think it’s actually an internet service issue. The modem seems to be fine (up and running with all light on). I would love for the service to be turned on (if it isn’t already) since I ordered the ***mbps plan along with cable. If it is on already, any instructions on what to try next would be helpful. I’ve already restarted the modem multiple times and it hasn’t changed anything.
