Yesterday I arrived at a property that rci travel booked for me for * days at the cost of $***. They wouldn't let me in because no one called the gate with a unit *. The mgr. of the property got me in after about a half hour. He tried to find the unit * or lock box, unsuccessfully. I tried calling rci for over * hrs. and kept getting redirected and eventually disconnected every time. My rci vacation was ruined and no one at your company did anything to help me(try to make your customers happy indeed!) I was at my wits end, after driving hours to get to my destination to only find out there was no destination! Your people even sent me to a location that was an empty store front. Your people were no help, they were inconsiderate and downright nasty and couldn't understand why I was upset.You have robbed me of $*** and my vacation and caused me considerable hardship. I've been an rci customer for years and even upgraded to Platinum, all you care about is taking my money. This is the last straw. I am contemplating what action to take. Don't take this lightly, please respond to me and see if you can diffuse this situation. Let's see how much you care about making your customers happy.
