The issue in GetHuman-toolsrus's own words
I spoke with Luis Reyes on Monday ***** PH. ***-***-**** x**** regarding a Family Cruise after speaking with him for some time I thought I understood how much I was going to be charged that differed significantly from Mr. Reyes figures I checked with my family and cancelled based on the significant difference. All this transpired after I gave him my credit card * for the ***.** deposit. Mr Reyes indicated to me that because we went no further that the amount would be voided at the end of the business day. I spoke with Mr. Reyes again on that same Monday ***** indicating that I did not wish to go any further and to continue with the cancellation please check the last * conversations we had on ***** it is my understanding they are recorded. I have contacted the credit card company disputing the charge which went from pending to actual charge on *****. *James Rawding
