When I return to the USA following a trip to Lebanon, Iraq, and Italy my Quicken Account had deleted all transactions from ******** through the present. I had been working with a **** edition and could not recover the information from my banks. I purchased the new **** edition and again could not download that information. Questions: how can I reclaim that year and a half of missing transactions, and*or how can I reset my new Quicken account to reflect my current online balance? It still states the balance from ****.
GetHuman-cfhcgh did not yet indicate what Quicken should do to make this right.
