Dear Quicken Customer Support Staff,**My name is Alan C. Donoho and I need to ask you several questions. I am not new to Quicken, as several years back, I had previous editions of Turbo Tax & Quicken Files plus currently I have Quicken **** Home & Business put on my old PC computer. In fact, I am still using it. but the Quicken suite is too old and I am only using the check book features. My PC is too old, so I purchased a new Mac Pro and bought your Quicken Premier “Manage Your Investments **** Windows & Mac”. I downloaded the application with your activation code to my computer, but I am not familiar with using it. Basically, I just want to use the personal checking portion to tract my checks, savings and deposits, etc., but I don’t know how to get it to come up initially to where I can start from scratch. Once I put in my checking information, I could just continue to add to the checking account. Could you send me instructions on how to do this, or where do I go to find this information?**I did type in my bank account information and important data and it downloaded it to my Quicken file, but it is not anything like my checking account I have on my old computer. As I stated I just want to have it match my transaction register log I am now using for my checking account data. Also, can you please help me delete the Quicken files of my checking account that was downloaded from my bank?*I am not comfortable having this file downloaded from my bank until I know how to use my new Quicken account file on my computer.**I have always liked Quicken as it is the best, and I plan to use it for a long time if I can figure out how it works.
