I was trying to renew subscription for existing company it formed a whole new account I want to cancel the new account and keep the existing one and also switch payment info on existing account for renewing monthly subscription but the online gives no way to do this it says go to accounts and services then to subscription which there is no place for and no idea where to update business credit card there either very unsatisfied with this service and am very aggravated that you can not get a live person on the line to help with anything.
GetHuman4141727 did not yet indicate what QuickBooks should do to make this right.
