If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Sign in as a new user following an invitation in work ... You direct me to a link to call quickbooks which does not function.**When i look up quickbooks number on line and call it they tell you to sign in and use the help button.**Not very useful when the issue is that I cannot sign in.**I have been invited to use quickbooks and a link. Open the link and a page comes up asking me to sign in. As I am new I have no password and whatever I submit as a password, even leaving it blank, says my password is wrong. How can it be wrong if I am setting up for the first time.**I have asked it to reset my password and it says ok we will send you blah blah to your telephone number, which I have never given to them as I am a new user, or trying to be a new user.
Help is only available after you sign in but sign in is the problem.
