I have been struggling to cancel my QuickBooks subscription for the past six months without success. Despite following multiple sets of instructions, none have worked. In extreme frustration, I removed the payment from my American Express account, and I am relieved not to be paying for the service anymore. I have paid over $[redacted].00 for a product I have not used, and I would like a reimbursement. Unfortunately, I don't expect QuickBooks to refund me due to the difficulties I faced trying to cancel. The online version's setup and instructions are confusing, making it challenging for me to navigate the system and eventually lead to my attempts to cancel. This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and has affected my self-esteem. I have put in a lot of effort to resolve this issue. Please acknowledge the cancellation of my online subscription to QuickBooks, from which I could not benefit, and consider refunding some of the money I spent.

One of my clients purchased Intuit QuickBooks Pro [redacted] today. However, there was a typo in the email address entered at the time of purchase, leading to a failure to receive the confirmation receipt. Despite downloading the file, the program kept crashing when trying to update from [redacted] to [redacted]. After an hour of unsuccessful troubleshooting with tech support, they advised emailing a request to update the contact info. The request was sent but was declined as the name did not match the records. Now, we need to uninstall and reinstall the software but are unable to do so without access to the correct account/user name. Since April [redacted], I've been attempting to convert my QBOnline file to QBDesktop on my Mac to no avail. The communication has been lacking, with only one email mentioning the case is resolved due to unsuccessful contact. Subsequent emails on May 22, [redacted], requested feedback, to which I refrained from responding due to the frustrating situation. Reactivating my QBO account was necessary for the conversion, but after three months, I'm still stuck with a service I no longer need. I have faith in the quality of your company's product and service. Please assist me promptly in completing this conversion so I can resume using Quickbooks as intended.

I am having trouble reconciling my data after transferring from Xero to QBO. Integrating Tradify for POS and Hubdoc for APs has complicated matters. Despite efforts from my accountant, we haven't been able to balance the accounts. Therefore, the decision has been made to start fresh by manually entering data from [redacted] tax returns and bank statements. Once everything is entered accurately, we plan to re-import Tradify data from January 1, [redacted], onwards, along with bank transactions and current outstanding payables. Can everything be wiped clean to facilitate this process? Additionally, there seems to be a duplicate company name due to a stopped demo version.

I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] QuickBooks Pro account. Despite entering my password, QuickBooks claims it is incorrect. When attempting to reset my password through the security question option, I receive an error message stating that password reset is currently unavailable and suggests checking my internet connection, which is working fine. Following this, I am advised to log in as an administrator, but that doesn't work either. Next, I am prompted to input my registration information including my license number: 3[redacted] [redacted] [redacted], name: Paul Forst, email: [redacted], either cell phone number: [redacted] or old home number: [redacted], and zip code: [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts using different combinations, I am unable to access my account. I urgently need to retrieve my records before July 1 for my medical insurance. Thank you for your assistance.

My enhanced payroll subscription renewed automatically at the end of June [redacted]. Since then, all of my client accounts (9 in total) keep prompting me to reactivate the payroll subscription. When I update or validate, I can process payroll as usual. However, if a staff member forgets to validate the account, paychecks are processed without taxes being withheld. This issue never occurred with QuickBooks Payroll before the renewal, and it cannot persist. There seems to be a recurring problem with the 9 client QuickBooks files asking for payroll validation. I have two computers running the latest QuickBooks release and one computer on an older version that I can't update. This has never happened before, and I'm frustrated. I need a quick resolution to this problem.

We kindly request the cancellation and refund of the charged amount, as we do not wish to renew any account at this time. In our QuickBooks Online banking, we have one Chase checking account linked along with three Chase credit cards. Although the three Chase credit cards are connected to the same account at Chase, in QuickBooks Online, they are displaying different balances for each card. The credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online were not set up under a master account, leading to them being listed as separate accounts instead of subaccounts. Consequently, when a payment or transfer is made from our checking account to pay the credit card, only one credit card's payment is recorded in QuickBooks Online. This discrepancy is causing the balances in QuickBooks Online to be inaccurate. The current balances for the credit cards in QuickBooks Online are as follows: - 1st Credit Card balance in QuickBooks: $-[redacted],[redacted].50 - 2nd Credit Card balance in QuickBooks: $[redacted],[redacted].80 - 3rd Credit Card balance in QuickBooks: $21,[redacted].16 I am looking to merge these accounts to accurately reflect the total bank balances as the current information is incorrect.

I am experiencing an issue with QuickBooks after a recent update. When I try to open the program, it opens in the background and I can't access it. If I attempt to open it again, it states that an administrator must open 2 files. Using TAB and ALT, I can glimpse the program in the background but it won't fully open. I urgently need assistance as I seem to have misplaced the QB package, book, and CD. The software is registered to our company A & E Phantom Screen Installations and to myself, Florence Ann Johnson. Please help me rectify this problem promptly.

I was directed to a QuickBooks link for assistance, but unfortunately, it was not functional. When I tried to call the QuickBooks number, they instructed me to sign in and use the help button, which was unhelpful as I couldn't sign in due to being a new user without a password. The page prompts me to sign in with no option for new users to create a password. Even when I try to reset the password, it asks to send the reset information to a telephone number I never provided. This process is confusing and frustrating for someone trying to set up a new QuickBooks account.

I'm currently using QB Self-Employed. I completed the trial and subscribed before it ended. However, now that the trial is over, I can't log in. The system keeps prompting me to subscribe again, even though I have already done so. I'm stuck on the subscription page and can't access my account details. I tried calling the helpline, but the number isn't working. Can I please speak to a representative directly instead of dealing with this frustrating situation?

Yesterday evening, QuickBooks locked up five times within an hour. During this time, payroll checks were processed four times, each encounter presenting a different issue such as missing wages, missing time, and a few employees not included. Two checks are still pending from the time entry. I am uncertain if this is a computer or QuickBooks problem. QuickBooks was recently serviced for lockups, but the issues persist. Upon logging in, a message appears stating "QBWC1085: There was a problem with the log files. QBWeb Connector will continue without log files." I am unsure if this is related to the problems we are encountering.

I'm frustrated by the lack of customer service availability! I came across a phone number online, and when I called, I was informed that my version of QuickBooks doesn't include support, which came as a surprise. I've been trying to reach a helpful support representative all day yesterday to resolve this issue, but have had no luck.

I work at Restore Master, and we encountered an issue with a payment and a deposit discrepancy. The customer made a payment with a debit card which was processed for a certain amount, however, the deposit reflects a different amount that is lower. Despite accounting for a fee, there is still a shortfall in the funds. The batch IDs and dates on the invoice and deposit align correctly. Additionally, the mobile app indicates that the payment is overdue by 24 days, even though it has been settled. We would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

We utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) and have linked our Chase Bank accounts and credit cards to it. Occasionally, we encounter an issue where one of our accounts stops updating transactions past a specific date, for instance, October 30th. Though QBO indicates the account is connected, it fails to refresh with recent transactions. I am considering disconnecting the account and re-connecting it. I am uncertain about whether this approach will result in any data loss, including transactions already downloaded and those pending download.

I have QuickBooks installed on a laptop running Windows 7 Pro. Recently, we had to change the computer name to connect the laptop to a domain as it was previously running locally. However, the QuickBooks working files are now located under the old computer name. Even though we know where they are, when we try to open one of the files, it gives us an error. It suggests running the QuickBooks Doctor tool. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

One of my clients subscribes to QB Full Service Payroll. We recently received a notification in QB stating that the Akron payroll taxes for the last quarter of [redacted] and the entire year of [redacted] have not been filed or paid. We believe QB is responsible for these tax filings. Could you please provide guidance on how the client can complete the filing and payment process? Is it possible to set up auto debit for payments? Additionally, we would appreciate instructions on changing the filing frequency from quarterly to monthly in QB. Please also include details on how to file these taxes annually along with the W2 forms. Thank you.

I am attempting to renew my subscription with an existing company, but it created a new account instead. I would like to cancel the new account and retain the existing one. Additionally, I need to update the payment information on my existing account for the monthly renewal. Unfortunately, the online platform does not provide a clear way to do this. It instructs me to navigate to "Accounts and Services" and then to "Subscription," but I cannot locate these options. I am unable to find where to update my business credit card information. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this service and frustrated that I cannot reach a live representative for assistance.

I recently paid my webmaster at Tulsa Marketing, and during the process, a window appeared prompting me to create a QuickBooks account with a Username and Password. I am unsure if this account has been successfully set up. I attempted to contact QuickBooks but was only met with an automated system. I serve as the treasurer for Westside Youth Choir, previously known as Hillsboro Community Youth Choir. Back in [redacted], a past board member bought Intuit QuickBooks Premier Editions [redacted], but we never installed the software. With my new computer, I aim to download this software. We possess the license and product numbers; however, the former board member, who is no longer with our non-profit and left under strained circumstances, set up the software.
