Cannot log-in to online small business account possibly caused by use of two different user names

Help with my QuickBooks issue

Log-in ... Recently purchase QB online -- registered with user name: phlowen* PW: AmberIA***Entered company name: ACall Property Care Services, LLC. I did quick review of features and couple of training videos. Purchased iPad and tried to access my QB file -- had some internet issues kept failing to connect. Finally received new PW code on iMac - unfortunately tried to log in on iPad with user name using email: *****@***.com. Log-in accepted but received QB error message saying cannot locate*access my QB account. I received several of text log-in codes and now cannot log-in either iMac or iPad using either user name. Please advise next action.
Simplify product*log-in options
