I just purchased QBO and have found that it is not compatible with the program our shop uses. I can only closeout a days tickets into quickbooks if it is not the online version. I have spoken with the people that created our POS system and they said there was nothing that could be done to make the QBO work. So do you have any suggestions? If not then can we switch out what I signed up for to just the most recent desktop version of quickbooks?
