I'm trying to figured out why, when I setup my account with the License and Product Number that when I activated it. My account suddenly says "You can't add data to QuickBook Online Plus because your trial or subscription period ended." One of the Intuit Agent told me that my account has a one year membership however I can't access setting. ... My account that I've signed up for was supposed to have a paid subscription of one year and it won't let me edit any setting. I've been getting this message on the top saying "You can't add data to QuickBook Online Plus because your trial or subscription period ended". One of the Intuit Agent told me that my account has a one year subscription, however I can't access anything. Please help me, I've been trying to get this resolve since yesterday.
I called the support and they keep putting me into different department. I can't find the issues if it's from Mcgraw Hill or QuickBooks Online to resolve my problem.
I want one of the Agent to help me resolved this problem of why my account won't access any data after I redeem my one year Subscription. Why does it says, "You can't add data to QuickBook Online Plus because your trial or subscription period ended". When I just activated my account. Is it because I used the same email twice?
